Empty during COVIDStated here during COVID so hotel was pretty empty. As soon as you enter there was signage that masks were required, hand sanitizer available in lobby, shield between me and the hotel front desk person. Concierge lounge was closed but was given bottles of water at check in. Room was clean although expected it to be more apparent that room was sanitized such as signage or wipes provided to the guest to wipes down areas for peace of mind. Room was spacious, nice area for working, good lighting in the room and bathroom. Bed was super comfy but air conditioning did not cool down room. Shower was very large and had good water pressure. The area around the hotel didnt seem safe. Saw several homeless around the property when I drove up and left. The hotel itself was very nice but area didnt seem very safe.

Past its primeThere are many wonderful places to stay when youre in Denver. Unfortunately this is not one of them, overall I think the Renaissance brand typically delivers but this location is quite dated well past its prime. The people working there do the best they can to accommodate but they can only do so much. Its a large hotel, Im sure its difficult under Covid to maintain properly. I switched rooms twice just couldnt get what I wanted so moved on. The condition of the rooms would best be described as scary. Hotel quickly refunded my money so they could book elsewhere.

Has nice lobby. Bar is open at 5. Restaurant not opened at all.I like to watch ALL of the news stations. From MSNBC to FOX. But FOX news is blocked from all the TV's in the rooms. Why? So have to listen to it on Sirius. For this reason I will not choose this hotel again when I come to Denver. The hotel is in a convenient area for restaurants.

Great HotelOk, first I have to be truthful. It's not truly Denver. It's located in Stapleton but via local streets your only 15 minutes from downtown. It is in a working class neighborhood.(Not near touristy areas) However, it has fantastic views of the mountains (low lands) and absolutely wonderful staff. It's also quite close to WalMart so snacks are easily accessible since the restuarant is closed and co-vid limits resturant space when eating out. Make your reservations early or uber eats it. Co- Vid is a bummer because the lounges are closed as well.(There's a liquor store down the road and they sell top shelf stuff at a very reasonable price!) So you can still enjoy a nightcap from your balcony. The lobby has good ambiance and this hotel even has a laundry room available next to the gym. (A plus when traveling light). The front desk staff are amazing and I thank them for making our trip memorable! Another plus for this establishment- it is very clean. With all the extra tasks (sanitation) each staff member must take, they still take the time to make you feel like the most important person they are speaking too. We will stay again (after co- vid) and I'll update this review.

Great stay!I spent a night here during the Colorado Governor's Ag Conference last February . This is a great place to stay! Rooms are very modern and have all the amenities of home (plus more!). Many thanks to Kristi, who checked me in and provided such great customer service. Thank you, Kristi!
