  Excellent - Compassionate - Clean - Reasonable

  Due to a family emergency which was tragic and sad - I had called the front desk and Mary answered. Which was a godsent - I explained our dilemma and she was amazing - thoughtful and compassionate - we as a family were able to be together at this very sad time. Mary went over and above to help us with a safe clean and adjoining rooms for our family - I will be forever grateful - The property is clean and very reasonable.

  Great hotel and service, following all covid protocols. clean, spacious rooms. definitely recommend staying here. the staff is extremely patient and kind and we will definitely be coming back to book our events!

  Great place for the Mega Show! Room was clean & comfortable. Very modern and definitely a place I would stay again on my return to Chicago. Great staff too - very helpful. I also liked the breakfast option in the morning. Finally - people were wearing masks!! Good job

  Dont stay here

  This place is gross. Thats the impression Im left with after a single night here. They do not abide by their own covid protocols. They dont enforce any rules in the pool or common area and there is zero service. The pool was packed with a single group for over 7 hours. They ate both lunch and dinner in there. On top of that their garbage and dirty towels were still there in the morning. The common area in the atrium was full of people late into the night smoking and drinking. In the morning it was full of garbage and it was never cleaned. Every single garbage can in the hotel was overflowing the entire time we were there. There are bags of McDonalds trash all over the front driveway and walkway. The parking lot has several fifteen minute spots for unloading and loading and there were cars parked there for days. Horrible hotel. Never again. Switched to the Westin down the street. Much nicer.

  Beyond Exceptional

  I really enjoyed my stay at your property. From the moment I arrived, the front desk agent was so pleasant and warm. The other young ladies I encountered during my stay were also just as wonderful and helpful. I could tell from moment I walked in the staff was prepared as well as trained with covid-19 protocols and procedures. It's good the staff were enforcing the mask requirement for the guests as well as themselves. Your hotel is so beautiful and stylish. The pool look so warm and calming. It was good to see people enjoying their time with their families. When I made it to my room, everything looked and smelled so clean. The bed was so soft and comfy. The bathroom, loved the large mirrors and separate space for my kids to enjoy their own Television. Although it looked like the hotel was understaffed, it was amazing to see they were able to keep up with all the trash I saw being left throughout the hallways. At one point I even saw the breakfast attendant picking up trash. All I can say is...amazing. I'll be back because my husband owes me a do-over for Valentine's day without our kids... Hahaha
