  BUENA UBICACION Y VISTAS PERO NJO LLEGA A 5 ESTRELLAS

  Hotel bastante impersonal con buenas vistas al adriático, buffet de desayuno muy completo pero baño pequeño . Muy mala limpieza de habitaciones. No llega a 5 estrellas. Personal de recepción muy amable

  Nice hotel

  Good hotel for a few days with family and friends. Rooms spacious and clean with a big balcony. Most rooms seem to have sea view (at least partially). Had half board pre-paid, breakfast and dinner were excellent with a variety to choose from for everyone. Didnt like the pigeons on the restaurant terrace though. Drinks were incl. with breakfast, Prosecco too. For dinner, the 1l water bottle cost 6. Desserts were fantastic. Hotel has a big indoor pool and two small pools outside. If you go across the street, theres pool lounge with a bigger pool and a restaurant by the sea. Quite overcrowded as open to public too. You can get vouchers at the reception that you can exchange for towels every day. Parking in the hotel garage 14/day with no designated parking space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

  Despite the big name, a normal hotel

  It's true, the name here is very important and you expect to enter in a very nice 5 hotel, but I have to say it is getting a bit old, on the common parts but also in the rooms. My room had also the glass door to go to the balcony very dirty. Why did I give in anycase 4 stars ? Because all the services were there and the price I paid for one night was really good.

  Harassed

  Was on our Honeymoon trip! Most of the experience was great, with the majority of the staff being professionally friendly, rooms were a bit old, but toilets seemed quite new and the view from the rooms of the sunset is definitely worth the stay! It IS a casino hotel though, so just consider that. One thing that spoilt the otherwise excellent rating for us though is that after check out I went to pick up the car from the street below (parking at the hotel is 14euros, street parking is free), and during that time under the guise of helping my wife with her luggage, one of the older bellhops took the chance to hold my wifes hand for a moment too long and gave her a smirk. Needless to say it was extremely discomforting for her and being quite shocked she didnt know how to raise it up till we had left, but it for a hotel that calls itself 5-star it was really such an appalling experience. Of all the places that a woman can get harassed at you would think a hotel and by a hotel staff would be the last. It definitely spoilt a huge part of the experience of being in Piran and a huge huge disappointment. Left an incredibly sour taste in our mouths as we left Slovenia

  Old but gold

  This was a perfect place for me with meals, swimming pool. I was in 2 rooms. With park view in one side and sea view in the other. Portoroz is the beauty place to be in January, warm weather, days full of sun and nice hotel to be in days like this.
