  A splendid stay

  A wonderful hotel near the airport. First of all let me tell u that all those who say that they book the hotel for shuttle to the airport and are disappointed for not getting one in the evenings or early mornings should know that the airport limousine is available every 15 mins a few steps ahead of the hotel. The hotel is most conveniently located near the keikyu Kamata station and also a ten minutes drive to haneda airport. The rooms are comfortable , we were family with two teens and found the beds super comfortable. Also the front desk staff is cooperative and help in all possible ways. The detoxifying water and coffee are tasty and help distress after day long sightseeing. There are number of eateries nearby for tingling the taste buds. Alll and alll a Splendid Stay.

  Small Rooms by American Standards

  Guest rooms & bath are very small by American standards. No closet. Just a few hangers but enough space for 2 suitcases on surfaces. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although against a wall with little space between it and the counter. The TV was huge. Shower was good. There are several free beverages offered in the lobby. A 7/11 is almost next door with a lot of prepared foods & noodle cups you add water to plus a good selection of beverages at very reasonable prices.

  Nice hotel but dont rely on the shuttle

  Nice comfortable hotel near to the airport. To be quite honest we booked this for the shuttle but having read the reviews we thought at least there is a train station close by if the bus was full The shuttle bus is every hour and only takes 9 people so dont rely on getting onto it. You can only book onto the shuttle when you arrive at the hotel and not when you book the hotel. So either arrive early or book another hotel with a larger shuttle bus. As we had to leave on an earlier bus as the one we wanted was full, we couldnt take advantage of their breakfast which looked very inviting. Would I stay here again? Probably not as we only stayed here as we had an early flight and a bus direct from the airport seemed like a good idea.

  Great service !

  We reached Haneda airport in the wee hour. Too tired to stay in the airport for the first train. We booked this hotel- Relief Premium Haneda Airport and took a taxi to the hotel. But instead of going to the one near the Haneda airport, we went to Relief Premium Haneda. ! The staff on night duty was super friendly and accommodating, she helped us to change our hotel from Relief Premium Haneda airport to Relief Premium Haneda. We were super thankful as it was already 3 am in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good rest and check out the following morning at 11am. Great service from the counter staff , instead of asking us to head back to the hotel that we had booked, she helped us and let us stay here!

  4 star hotel standard

  Modern design, new, great service and free shuttle transfer to Haneda airport. The shuttle starts at 0400 so this hotel is highly recommended for those who needs to catch the early flight. The room, elevator and lobby design is simple yet classy feel.
