  Just don't....

  This hotel was horrible. The worker that does check in was extremely rude. He also changed the price for pets vs what was advertised on Priceline. Which Priceline finally made right & reimbursed me the difference. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

  Stay away from this outrageous place

  Stay away from this place at all costs!! I was here visiting my wife at Fort Leonard Wood, who my son and I have not seen in months. This outrageous hotel did not honor a reservation through Agoda, which they have a contract to honor bookings (Iron Clad Contract). Not only was the guy absolutely on the scale of cavemen IQ but he spoke no English, and had a heavy none comprehensible Middle Eastern accent. He told us to drop dead, and go find another hotel, that he does not honor bookings online...... Agoda said this was an absolute shock to them, and then they called the guy, he told them to Go F&%K themselves! Literally.... I mean wow, what a low class hotel, low class person, and an outrage to the USA..... So disrespectful to American families, and the soldiers fighting for his freedom to even be in this country!!! He was racist, and made that very clear to my family..... Please, how can this guy even be in business after showing such hate and racism, and not to mention leaving my son and I without a place to stay so we could see mommy........ This man should be put in jail, and his hotel closed down......... For GOOD!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! ..... God Bless America, and the people who fight for the freedom we have...... How dare you spit in our faces with your dishonorable racist hatred towards American Soldiers..... Stay away from this hotel, this is an abomination....

  No refund

  This place is horrific! After hanging up on my husband and I repeatedly when inquiring about a refund, the Middle Eastern man, whom I could barely understand, was beyond rude and condescending. I asked for a refund and was told no. He screamed at me and Finally he said to go online where I made the reservation. Then when I asked to speak to someone else, he hung up on me. Oh hell no. I did go online and after an hour I finally got to where I needed to cancel the reservation. I have yet to have my card credited back. I can only assume this guy is the owner, as I can not imagine employing any person like this in my business.
