  Not a good choice

  We stayed here for three nights after a long car drive from Turkey to Romania in order to relax a few days at the Black Sea Sunny Beach. Good points for this place: hotel is new, rooms are quite clean,pool is very nice and clean with a beautiful vue of the sea. Bad points : personnel service is a disaster , reception working people don't know how to solve guests needs and rooms small problems ( like remote for tv not working ), restaurant personnel is so rude, they simply wait for the clients to come to them in order to command something for drink or eat. Hotel management is so deprecated , forgotten in time, between the 1980 - 1990. Food is very repeating, same soup, pizza, pork meat, simple salads and same fish every night . No desert. In the morning same simple omlettes, fried eggs and pancakes . If You are a pancakes lover ... You 'll have a lot of them, at dinner too. The road from the boulevard to the hotel and to the beach is country style - full of stones and wild plants, no lighting in the evening . I won't recommend this hotel to anyone considering the requested price for their services.

  Okay

  Very nice not big hotel. located at the end of the City and a 10 min or so from the beach. Thanks to that it was very quiet in the evening. If you have a car this is perfect place. If you do not be prepared for some walking or using local transport The pool was very nice, breakfast was good as well. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. The restaurant had quite good menu, so you can also eat there pretty well in the evening. to be improved: Wifi in the room was poor. At the pool just a bit better People reserving deskchairs by placing towells on them and not using the pool.

  Cheap but with drawbacks

  This is a fairly new hotel complex. Our room was clean and in good condition. However, it got very noisy once the pool pump jumped into action at 4am in the morning not relaxing at all. If you are staying here, you definitely need a car to get to the beach or be prepared for a 15-20min walk. The hotel pool is nice but has some cleaning issues (the gutters are stained & dirty). Wifi works very badly. Personnel is ok. Breakfast buffet is nothing special but ok. Overall not an option for several days ...

  Great place to relax

  We spent 12 days at this hotel in Sept. 2019, The hotel is very clean, has all amenities as advertised. Its location is excellent, with direct view to Black Sea. The breakfast is included and offers a wide variety. The service is outstanding, people are going at length to meet your requests. The pool is great, rooms are spacious, and the whole establishment is sparkling clean. The parking is ample. The only drawback is the access road from main Sveti Vlasii route: unpaved, and unfinished. Overall, strongly recommended

  Shocking service, poor food

  This one star is solely for the above mentioned, they were that bad that i couldn't see past them and appreciate the nice spacious new apartments (we stayed in 2 be) . The lady with black hair at reception is awful, get another job if you hate it that much. The guy who checked us in was so lacklustre. We never got given simple info, had to ask for everything from wifi to breakfast times. Breakfast is repetitive and not good at all, poor choice, black overcooked eggs, sickening. Toaster takes a million years. To order at the restaurant everything tasted like it was fried in old oil and it took at least 40mins to get even the simplest dish when youre the only customers , often came cold and had to resend, had some bloody chicken wings too, yikes! Management really lets this place down, we had to shower with cold water at least once a day and they never told us what the problem was or showed us how to solve it, ridiculous. To include some positives; the pool is lovely, theres a city bus which goes into sunny beach, 20min drive or so, 1.50 lev (75p) every 15 mins so the location isnt too bad, if you have family, probably hire a car, the taxis were £7.50 one way. And double on the way back if after hours.
