  I have already expressed with the receptionist my little désappointement regarding the cleanliness of the room and all the glasses which were very dirty This I should the third time that we are coming and there is always a little thing to say

  Relax

  top location with a room with a view of the sea, great staff, very clean room, the restaurant was surprisingly good but the breakfast was expensive (29 euro!!). The jacuzzi offered no privacy, everybody could see who was in it.

  Great location but very underwhelming experience

  Booked for 3 night getaway out of the UK for the first time in 2020 so chose to go with a 'junior suite'. Whilst the room size was OK, the 'shabby chic' decor was a fail. The bed was extremely uncomfortable due to the use of a plastic mattress cover which caused sweating and general restlessness. The bathroom design was plain odd with both walls and floor made from pebbles so it was not good to walk on. The restaurant was over priced and the availability of drinks was poor. My partner ordered a gin and tonic - they had no tonic. She then asked for a biere rouge (widely available in the areas) but none available. She then ordered a cider (again a staple drink in the region) but they only had one bottle left. Food was adequate at best. Worst of all the village had a festival on our last night and we were unable to get back to the hotel due to roadblocks. Only after begging the organisers were we allowed through. Very loud fireworks started at 11pm just as we'd got into bed and turned off the light! The hotel should have warned its guests this event was happening so we could plan around it.

  Disspaointed

  Very nice location for this hotel, but you must choose the rooms with sea view or the suites. If you go for a classical room you can be next to the laundry with a parking view. The restaurant has nothing particular to offer; very basic cooking, no orginality. So despite the very beautiful location, the comfort of the rooms and the calm, the quality/price level is not justified.

  Great view, original room but disproportionate price, poor service

  We booked a suite during the lockdown time (curfew at 6 pm) .we got a room on the separate building (44) with Japanese bath option. The view was great and the room quite pretty and tidy but definitely too small even to walk around the bed. Moreover we had to dine in the room due to the curfew law and we asked a chair or some solution but the staff pushed back. The staff forgot part of the orders and the room dine and breakfast was already cold when it arrived. The sauna is extremely small for 2 and there is no space to cool down and no extra towels are given. So...beautiful view but the hotel is charging luxury prices for a service of a 2 stars.
