  just ok

  I spent 5 nights there for a work meeting. The staff are nice and welcoming and internet was reasonably ok... But the rooms could be refreshed (even if I had been told I was in the nicer part of the hotel). Food is average, but ok. Exchange rate offered by the hotel is very bad..... you better change foreign currency in town before paying

  NOT for PWDs and Senior Citizens

  This hotel is definitely not ready for People with Disability (PWD) and other seniors. Even the staff are not trained to handle these guest group. The hotel has a stiff ramp to for its stained entrance infant, but thats about all. Inside are so many stairways preventing the PWDs (and most seniors) from accessing the services. The reception desk is so high for anyone on a wheelchair to chat with the receptionist. The bar has five to six-steps down. So is the garden restaurant. And the toilets. Best of all, the conference and meeting rooms. One meeting room has leaking pipes. Stairs everywhere. The two lifts are more the exceptions. Avoid this hotel if you are a PWD or a senior.

  Big Hotel but degrading facility and poor services

  Had high expectations for the hotel but was shocked at the poorly managed facilities and degrading furniture and other amenities. the elevator was not even working and so we had to walk up and down the 5th floor.

  Good location for exhibition centre. That's about it.

  Very well located for the exhibition centre. Other than that, not much to say about the place. Small rooms, poorly designed (the toilet seat so close to the wall that you have to sit sideways WTF), and not well maintained. The wifi was spotty. The meals were average. and they ripped us off on the exchange rate (USD at 310 when the market rate is 360). The staff were friendly though...

  Better choices for lodging exist for not much more money...

  Pluses: A/C worked well as did the tv. (Rooms also have complimentary coffee, tea, water and a working mini-fridge.) Minuses: WiFi service in the room was inconsistent/weak Ditto re water for the shower. Furniture and carpeting in the rooms are old/worn/stained. One elevator wasn't working during my stay. Other elevator got stuck twice.... Staff is nice. WiFi in the lobby seemed to work pretty well. (There's a gym and a pool, but I didn't have time to try either of them so cannot comment.)
