comfortable for a 1night stop over! This hotel is pretty basic, it is a 3star, reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. Ideal for a night stopover but I wont suggest it for longer. The rooms are quiet spacious, there is a lil kitchenette a lounge are and a small balcony. The lounge and kitchen was modernly revamped although I felt the room and bathroom needs a little updating. They have a really nice thermal spa which looks like the traventines, and each level had a different water temperature, really enjoyed relaxing in the thermal. They also have a heated outdoor pool. Conveniently located and walking distance to the pamukalle town, everything in the town was soo lively esp for a weekday night and things close late as well. The breakfast was very very basic.

Lovely, but bathroom needs a cleanThe reception area is lovely and the staff great. As you walk out to go to the rooms you see a lovely pool area. If you have a lot of luggage, or its heavy ask for a ground floor as there are no lifts. As I entered my room I thought Wow! A lounge area and kitchenette. The bedroom was ok, and at first glance I thought great a big bathroom with a bath. However. On closer inspection. It was filthy, there was no way I was getting in that! They have a thermal pool, which was great. Thankfully my friend had a newly tiled bathroom, so I used hers. Maybe check the room first. I would go back if I had a clean bathroom.

Poor quality accommodations .... possibly the worst place I have ever stayed! The toilet did not flush. The kitchenette table was filthy including pistachio shells. The drain in the tub made gurgling noises like it was backing up every time water was used upstairs. Our room was next to the ladies hamam and from 9pm to nearly 11pm, loud singing, yelling, and drumming came from the hamam on a Wednesday. The food in the restaurant was adequate but we were not offered an beverage except water. The decor in the restaurant was ghastly...nearly enough to put one off food. Red satin table cloths did battle with yellow and orange satin chair covers. We will be only staying one night and only because it is raining and we drove all afternoon to get here...otherwise we would have left when the tribal drumming in the hamam started.

Spa breakWe returned here after several years and found the whole place has been upgraded. It is now very smart and tidy. The best part is the full size outdoor pool which is heated by thermal springs, so we swam outdoors in November. It was amazing. Very good apartment with thermal spring bath. Dinner, bed and breakfast for a really low price. Food was reasonable but all Turkish style, so don't expect cordon bleu. Very handy for exploring Hierapolis and Pamukkale.

highlight of tripI had a lovely experience checking in. The staff are friendly, the room is AMAZING... Fantastic value (although I am here in low season so potentially got a deal). The breakfast is extensive with many different buffet options. Highly recommend :) The location, in my opinion - is fantastic. The village of Karahayit is quieter and more 'local' than Pamukkale, which is just busting with tourists. There's a market on Sunday, and it has a relaxed feel, where locals will chat with you as opposed to talk 'at you'.
