  Great potential but nit good at the moment

  We stayed at this hotel for one night over weekend. It's reasonably priced compared to other large hotels in Poltava, however, it doesn't meet expected Reikartz standards which we appreciate in other cities of Ukraine. Rooms are worn down. When booking, I asked to give us two best possible rooms as the hotel was not full while photos also didn't look quite like what I expected. We ended up with broken mattress and smelly room and shower. Sheets were very clean. Breakfast was mediocre. Very nice friendly staff and great location next to all the restaurants, pedestrian street and main square, very central. They are renovating (joined Reikartz network just 8 months ago) so hopefully it will improve soon.

  It's a good hotel

  i'd like to admit that service at this hotel is really good...reception, restaurant - girls did their best. Thank you for that. I wish you'll finish your rennovations quickly and will be more modern and up to date.

  Good Hotel!

  Hotel is near the centre, 2 minutes walk. Room is simply but clean. Positive : There is bidet in the bathroom. Negative:Too much warm. Breakfast: we left the hotel very early in the morning and i couldn't try it.

  Bad experience

  Yesterday we arrived to this hotel, the receptions was really nice and we did check in. We went to our room to discover that the room preparation was made for one guest. The shower room looked clean but the smell of the room was so awful and smells like something was dead over there. We went to the reception and told it, she didn't seems to be surprised. After the check in the administration told us that tomorrow there will be no water in the hotel from 9am, that made us wake up early just for having a morning shower. We went to eat breakfast but most of the food was finished and it took a while to fill it. That was one of the poorest breakfast I had. I can tell you that in some of the hostels that I've been in, I had much better breakfast. I don't recommend you to go to this hotel, if you are going to relax and have fun that not the right place. The only thing that was good is the hotel location except that, I don't recommend you to go there.

  Good hotel

  We stayed for 1 night and the rooms were clean and had wifi access. The breakfast was very good as was the bar and restaurant. The hotel is right in the center of town next to an Art gallery which is worth visiting.
