  Good for it's money

  The hotel is clean and the stuff is extremely nice. But it was rather cold at night and the walls are very thin - I heard neighbour's snoring all night long:) Also, the massage salon on the first floor is very good - highly recommended! And the bed is veery comfortable:)

  10 days business & rest in June 2018

  I like this hotel very much since my first visit in 2006. Location is great - many stores and restaurants around. Hotel is clean, personnel very friendly, nice and helpful. English is Ok. Room area is normal for two, with air conditioner, minibar and big comfortable bed. Breakfast is tasty with fruits and fresh farmers cheese and sour cream. It is more than 3-star: Fast reliable internet, Wi-Fi, Many TV channels, Swimming pool, etc. And really unexpansive!

  Great hotel

  We booked in as a team of 18 working men all had separate rooms all rooms were very clean good comfortable beds aircon and on-suit shower rooms . Rooms were cleaned daily the hole hotel is immaculate and a credit to all the staff. The outside bar which serves food as well is comfortable service good but can take a while for meals to arrive but when they do great all seam to be freshly cooked to order probably why they take a little while . Only issue we had was they ran out of some beers . We all ate in the inside restaurant on our last night and a great spread of cold starters were waiting for us again staff were great very polite and a credit to the hotel making our week long stay very comfortable next job in kriviy rih we will be staying again

  Nightmare

  The service in the day time is good at the restaurant and at the reception. At night of Tuesday 19 to Wednesday 20 March 2019, it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist Yulia is disrespectful and careless. She does not want to help guests with their problems. The order from the restaurant is one and a half hour late and comes into the room with the wrong menu items from the tattoed male waiter. There is no kettle and no way to get a cup of hot water in the room. The massage studio tries to rip off clients to pay double price after 20:00 although their card says double price after 21:00. The Jacuzzi water is cold! The security guard on Wednesday morning is arrogant and rude. Welcome to hell.

  Comfortable enough but thin walls, leaky AC & window insect screens falling off!

  It was an OK stay for a few nights but the breakfast is not up to a western european standard though there is plenty of choice if not what we are used to. The room walls are thin enough to hear people plugging in chargers & on phone calls at 4 in the night! On turning on the AC unit after a bit I heard a lot of water dripping & turned round from the desk to see the AC unit dripping badly onto the bedside table wetting everything I had on it. Finally I had a funny but potentially dangerous occurrence to report. I opened my window to air my room & there was a fly on the inside of the screen so I tried to squash it & would you believe the whole screen fell off & down to the ground from floor 5. OK it was very light, but would still be 'unpleasant' if a person were under it. It landed within inches of a parked car also... Poorly fixed screens, with care!
