  Super great vacation

  Our stay at Regina's Villas was so much fun for us. The villa and the facilities were great. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, just as we planned. The Pool was large and fun to swim and play, and was cleaned daily by Peter, the caretaker. John, the manager, and Peter, the caretaker, were very polite, friendly and helpful. The villa was quiet and private, but you can get from Oroklini to any place by car in one week, we visited Aiya Napa and Portaras, Paphos, Lemesos, Trodos mountains and of course 15 minutes away from the villa were Larnaca's main streets and beaches. In the village you can find a great large super market and a few smaller ones, two bakaries, a great Pizza place that delivers to your door. There are also a few traditional Cypriot Taverns up the main street of the village. We also enjoyed two fun evenings with the locals in a nice street festival (19-20.7.2017) with authentic foods and smells. One of the best vacations ever!!!

  Amazing time in the villa!

  If your looking for a place to relax with friends and family i highly recommend this villa! Me and my friends stayed her for a week to attend our friends wedding we had an amazing & relaxing time in this villa. The owner john is very nice and accomodating- while peter the caretaker is very nice and worked so hard to make our stay pleasurable - he comes to check our villa every morning to clean our pool and take bins and most important thing check if we are all okay i cannot say any bad thing about this place and management close to everything ( supermarket, bank, local & english restaurants) i also recommend visiting the english Only cafe (10 mins walk from villa) where they serve affordable and amazing food. I will definitely stay in this villa again when i visit cyprus. Thank you john & peter for the hospitality. - A. Ortiz

  Warm welcome

  What can we say? From the moment we arrived at 107 Reginas Villas, we were made to feel at home. John (owner) and Peter (caretaker) were waiting to greet us and took us through the villa to ensure we had everything we needed. There was even wine and beer in the fridge! The villas are lovely and in a quiet area (until we arrived with our sons!). Perhaps they need to be modernised but we appreciate the complex is on the market. (If I had a couple of million spare, I might be tempted!) Mr John, as the boys called him, is a hospital host and we enjoyed many evenings in his company. Peter is a very patient and thoughtful caretaker who tolerated our teens early rising and offers of help to clean the pools. The local beaches are a parents dream - the water as far as the rocks isnt deep and the lifeguards are visible. Perfect to allow the children to splash about and swim. Lots of lovely tavernas in the local area and enough supermarkets to cater for every taste. Theres also a fabulous bakery in the village which opens until lat earning. Handy for many activities such as Fig Tree Bay and the Camel Park. Car essential. Very relaxing holiday.

  Relaxing Location

  We stayed here for 10 nights in June and were not disappointed. The villa is large and is perhaps a little dated but everything you need is catered for. We had a 3 bed villa and unfortunately the AC in the master bedroom was not working when we got there. John (the owner) refunded the cost of the AC until it was repaired 4 days later. There are no AC units downstairs. The outside pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. The pool is large and was cleaned daily and there is a nice seated area and bbq. If like us you have little ones and are back in the villa early evening, there is no satellite tv and the couches were VERY uncomfortable. Bath towels are supplied but you need to bring your own pool/beach towels. You would definitely need a car staying here, although shops, restaurants etc are close by, the terrain is not always the best for walking, especially in the heat. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day.

  Wonderful holiday

  Great villa in a quiet and convenient location in Oroklini, not too far from local shops and restaurants and a short drive to the sea front and Larnaca. The villa was clean and comfortable and John was a great host. The pool was cleaned daily and we were felt most welcome. We had a wonderful family holiday - thank you!
