Our one year wedding anniversary and HalloweenStayed here from October 25 to November 2nd. The hotel is across from the Hard Rock Cafe which is on the Main Street thru Waikiki and one block from the ocean, loved the location. Right across from us was a car rental called Ace which worked out great for us as we didnt need to pay the $45 a night at the hotel. The best happy hour is at Sky Waikiki its from 5:30 to 10 every night and drinks are $5 plus its 18 floors up in a rotating bar. Halloween was amazing, Ive been to Vegas for Halloween and this was better. We did use Lyft a few Times and it was great. All I can say is we had an amazing time, oh ya it was 86 degrees during the day and 75 at night.

As expectedA reasonable apartment for three adults. Great to have the lounge area plus a decent sized balcony. Check the hidden costs- daily cleaning, new towels etc are not included. You can use the pool down the road at the Outrigger, but there are no facilities at this actual location (though laundry is available for $4). I think it is probably overpriced for what you get, but it is hard to find two bedroom apartments in Waikiki.

Old property but the charges are really highThe staff are not friendly, they wouldnt bother about you. I was on the lift with them and they were standing opposite and I was in the middle , they had no respect but talking to each other. The lift got stuck and both of them walked out of the and went away, at least they should have told me the way out. The toilets are blocked and every time I have to call someone to fix it. Its not cleaned , dirt was on top of the fridge. If you are charging top $s , then I expect a better service

In a word, disappointingI stayed 3 nights in a 2BR / 1 BA in Jan 2020 and am writing this review from the unit. This is priced as a hotel but functions like an average or below average vacation rental site unit. The good: the location is convenient to both Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village, the sister hotel has nice amenities, and the living room seating area is cozy. The bad: 1) the windows are paper thin, which matters because our 2nd floor room is across from a parking garage and every car that exits creates a pedestrian warning siren, all day and all night!, 2) the overall feel is unrenovated, like 3) the bathroom is NOTHING like the photos on TripAdvisor; bizarre sink that is huge flat and has a faucet 1.5 inches from the basin; shower is just a hand spray hung on one wall, with a soap tray screwed in with two drywall anchors, 4) the second bedroom uses sliding screens for privacy which sounds okay until you realize the A/C unit is in the living room, not the bedroom, and you can't leave the bedroom windows open because of the bleeping beeping from the parking garage next door so the second bedroom is just part of the living room, 5) 1 of 2 elevators out of order, not a big deal for our second floor room, but the tools and warning signs made the lobby feel sad too You can do better, especially for the cost

Not the bestBest parts: location, parking was easy, ABC store and 7-11 nearby, free pog juice in the afternoons, near a good farmers market, luggage storage, hot water Not so great: uncomfortable couch, chipped paint, no daily housekeeping, no recycle bins, no beach towel drop-off, no brochures or info on activities, no little extras like free waters, flowers, concierge Pool and beach access was at sister hotel down the street where we later had to drop off the towels. $400 in parking and cleaning charges for just 3 nights.
