Best spa EVER!My girlfriend and I didn't stay at the hotel (we stayed close by at the signature hotel - I have reviewed that too) but just walked in to the spa and it was amazing. Very attentive staff, awesome facilities including steam room, sauna room, plunge pools, but the full body massage was one of the best we have ever had. Whole experience took about 3 hours so spare some time, but for about £20 each, it is more than worth it!

Hotel facilityThe cheapest 3 star hotel i can find near Ben than market. Not suitable for family with kids as you will have to cross the huge roundabout to reach ben than market which is 200m away. Do note that they will ask for your passport as a deposit till you check out. Haven't read much about this procedure but i gave mine and its safe.. Every time you leave hotel, will need to hand over the room card which i don't really like. Room cleanliness is not so well maintain, change towel, makeup room and clear rubbish.. No drink top up and sometimes never clear toilet bin during my 4 night stay. Ask them to top up my bottle drink everyday and they gave me 4.. To my surprise i had to pay for the drinks during checkout.. Not a big issue just 40000 dong. But since i got the room for US$25 per day i think the price is ok for a solo traveller.

Terrible do not stay here!We originally booked another hotel in the city but on arrival they were fully booked and moved us here as it's their sister hotel. We were travelling as a family. The room was ok but there was a nasty damp patch on the ceiling, which was near the air con. The manager said we could change room tomorrow, this didn't happen. This hotel is not suitable for families as there is a lot of nocturnal activity....reading between the lines it appears that rooms are available for hourly rent! The karaoke is very noisy. The breakfast is the worst I have ever experienced, you have to go to a dirty little cafe across the road where the slim pickings are covered in flies. The only positive was the close proximity to the busy central market.

HORRIFYING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!It's my second time in HCMC with my bf but first time staying here. It's pretty cheap but I didn't expect the experience was SO AWFUL!!!! Words can't describe how bad our stay was!!!!! The room was terrible, bed was a very old and not comfy. There're a lot of stains on the bed sheet which I was not sure when was the last time they changed it. The bathroom had a lot of mould and water kept running out from the stand up shower after we showered. We went to bed around 11ish and our sleep was interrupted by the loud noise and music from the karaoke in the hotel. We called the reception and they said the karaoke will stop at 12. This was very annoying as we really needed some good rest. We heard everyone walked pass our room. The most horrible and terrifying time had to be this - it was around 1am and we were in deep sleep. Suddenly someone knocked our door very loudly and said they're cops and wanted to check our room. We never ever experienced this in our lives in any countries before. My bf went to answer the door and we heard the hotel staff was telling the cops we're tourists, but the cops still keep looking into the room while I was half asleep. That's ridiculous!!!!! The whole hotel from lobby to escalator to hallway to the room all smelled like cigarettes. The hallway was very dark. It's difficult to get a cab as the location wasn't ideal. A few cab drivers weren't sure where exactly was the hotel. Overall, it's more like a motel than a hotel. I NEVER EVER coming back again!!!

AverageNot a word English was spoken, which was very inconvenient because we had to explain that our luggage would be dropped off at the hotel. Room was ok and location near the market and main busstation was nice. Paid to much for what we got in return.
