  Dirty....no crockery...really rude manager, who wasn't even on site at check out. Had to wait for him to arrive. Then wait till he checked room to be told we had taken or lost kitchen crockery and utensils which were not provided in the first place. Had to but plastic cups and plates...don't waste your money....rude rude rude!!!

  Good value for money

  The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean, comfy beds and we had a wonderful view. Washer, dryer, dish-washer, AC all worked well. Private parking directly at the apartment. But there was unfortunately no WiFi and customer service. The front desk was always closed when we tried to contact them, even during advertised office hours. At one time we called the hotel and only got an answering machine. We left a message but nobody contacted us. During our 2 nights stay, we never met any management or staff members. It did not really matter in our case, as they left information and key at the front door of the reception office, even we arrived before office closure. Our credit card was charged automatically, as we of course provided that with the booking. Not being able to meet hotel staff or management could really become an issue if something would not be working or if we truly would need assistance. The value for money for the accommodation is good, but not being able to contact staff is true downside. For that reason I am not sure we would stay there again.

  Great location

  Recently stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 2 other couples. Although the villa is not new it was very comfortable and Rosemary, the Manager, was very helpful. She provided us with items which were not in the villa (eg. cheese grater) and delivered our bags into the villa. The Villas are very close to the Whitsunday Plaza Coles and the lovely little coffee shop in the Plaza. They are also an easy walk to the beautiful waterfront pathway. Amazing value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

  Accommodating & Friendly

  Great place to stay 2.5 kms from the action of Airlie, but only a $10 taxi in to the heart. Nice big units- ask for a view. Friendly managers & a quiet place to stay with 2 private pools. Well kept resort. Well equipped kitchen & Coles just metres away. Thankyou See you again this year

  This 3 bedroom villa was no more than 2 star. Doors off runners, some doors with no handles, electrical appliances not working and poorly equipped for a family holiday. View was great but the accommodation needs maintenance.
