  I went with my 4 yr old son, it was his first holiday! Don't get me wrong, the place was beautiful, sea view rooms, loved the view. But the sad thing was, the way we were treated. Hotel staff, we're awful, I was the only British there, the people were mainly chech republic and Russians and Egyptians. One day hot water stopped. Every day cold water kept coming out of air condition, electrics kept going off, the safe I had was locked, so they tried unlocking it on the first night I were there, took them an hour but still wasn't opened. Told them to leave and come in morning as we had to sleep! The bathroom didn't have no shower pipe for the toilet, no shower curtain. The first night, we were starving, literally my 4 yr old was starving! I felt really upset, they didn't provide with food. So I had to force them to send food. So they sent a plate of salad and bread and cheese! No my son didn't eat. No staff knew what excursions I can book with my son, so I had to search the net and do it myself! I booked my holiday with teletext online, and travelled with Thomas cook. But had no rep! The travel from airport to the hotel, took the Mick, 2 hours, when it was only 45 mins away! The list goes on! Oh and the food was awful!! My son stayed on fries lunch and evening. That was only when I had to speak to the manager!! The t.v. wasn't working, they said due to reception, but managed to get some little t.v., but in a Arabic with lots of ads!! They asked to change room, but when I saw the other room, the room stank of smoke and it was awful! But my room was better at least. I would never book this place again!! Hate hate hate hate hated it

  Wonderful

  We had great vacation in tag Mahal as first time chicked inn .. Very good welcoming in reception as we saw gm tawfiek sutch cheerful Pearson the for welcoming !! And as well our first reaction of animation best service group they are fabulous)) The view of tears and beah is great .. We would like to thank all the team work of management for making us happy friendly great holiday ... stating from our room ... to the good varaity in restaurant... enjoyed show of abs ENTERTAINMENT... For all thanx again we coming back soon hope to keep up the good vibes )))

  Was great time in our holiday coz such a lovely ppl and very friendly staff as animation team n resort . We recommend the resort to our family to be back next holiday to same place as cozy atmosphier here ... thank u dasha and khaled dj from animation best service team ... thx mr hamedy from reception for welcoming us ... and special thx for all mangment that keeps the good vibes and happy guest .. keep up the good redult plz .   Pretty good by beaches

  It was my firsts time in Egypt. Hotel has a grand territory and it looks in decline. No green grass, flowers or palms, only shrubs on the side of the road. Bungalows are light and spacious, daily room-service. Cuisine isnt particularly diverse, but delicious. Despite all these minor issues the underwater world and the beach of this hotel are amazing!

  This is what christians called HELL

  Dont visit this place if they pay you 100k. Its like a bush tucker trial there. Very poor facility's which lead me and my family to sleep next to crabs the entire time of my stay. We had to eat 2 buckets of sand a day and drink camel urine to survive our 2 week stay and now unfortunately my son is now addicted to it so since returning home he is now in rehab. People normally wipe their feet on the way out of the hotel this is like the poo stain of Egypt ask the mosquitos when they all gather in the millions to watch the below useless entertainment shows. id sooner eat out of my toilet than off a plate at this hotel. But I assure you not to worry you won't become ill upon your visit as even diseases such as covid 19 know to stay clear of this place.
