  Hotel is not clean and is falling apart.

  Hotel is not clean and is falling apart. Cigarette butts all over outside. Black marks all over the walls, holes in the curtains, holes in the bathroom wall with obvious water damage. Paint pealing. Door would not seal properly. Huge stains all over the bedding and pillows.

  Friendly staff and clean rooms

  Nice and friendly place worth the money. They always make sure my room is ready for early checkin and even the housekeeping staff is the best. I am there Monday to Friday and they make sure I get the same room everytime

  They lost their Best Western branding

  Used to be a Best Western brand...had to move down the hotel chain...now in bottom tier where standards not so tough. Old unkempt...smoking in non smoking rooms...hair in unwashed bed sheets...dirty shower.. From Best Western to Red Roof...that is why cheap price. Go elsewhere if they used to be a different brand. Need anyone say anymore?

  What a hotel love it

  It was really nice day staying at red roof I love the big rooms it was bit cold but they really nice to have my rooms hot before I even arrived I stayed in the breakfast was nice employees are also very friendly didn't have too much in breakfast because of covid 19 and I understand that but overall a nice hotel in budget would love to stay here again.

  Friendly staff and comfortable bed

  Clean rooms for the price paid, And for how cold it was outside, the heater worked really well and the room was nice and warm. Wanted to have breakfast but they are still yet to open the breakfast room amid the covid outbreak.
