  Viejo y mucho olor a tabaco

  La habitacion estaba limpia, pero los muebles, paredes, techo, baño estaba muy viejo y olia mucho a tabaco. El olor se quedó pegado a la ropa. Creo que deben invertir en una reforma integral porque el precio no está acorde con la calidad de la habitación.

  Disgusted

  Beyond disgusted! Not to mention I seen a baby roach in the bathroom! A stray cat sitting in front of the rooms as it appears people must be feeding her or maybe a pet of someone that lives in the hotel! I couldnt sleep because of the noise. The refrigerator was nasty and the shower curtain rod looked real risky or should I say use at your own risk! Never Ever Again!!!

  Red Roof Inn

  Stayed here for one night. The first room, the heater didn't work and the sheets had burn holes in them (in a non smoking room). Went back to the office and was given another room. At first, the key didn't work, so back to the office again. The girl re-enacted it and then came out this time to make sure it worked. My husband went into the bathroom only to find that there was no toilet paper. I went back to the first room to get some along with the rest of our belongings. Back to the office to advise that I couldn't lock that first room and was advised that she would take care of it. There was 1 bar of soap and 1 small shampoo. No breakfast due to covid. I was never given a receipt for the nights stay as well but blame myself for not asking for it. When we left in the morning, the first room was still unlocked and door slightly ajar. I have stayed at other Red Roof Inns and this was a big disappointment.

  In need of updating and maintenance

  The lamp between the two beds had BOTH lightbulbs burned out. I asked at the desk for a new bulb; the poor girl in charge that night couldn't find any for me. No reading that night for me. Top of the toilet (reservoir cover) was about half the size of the reservoir. The walls had red splatters on them (paint, I hope). The room in general was in need of updating and cleaning. We often stay at RedRoof Inns, and this is not what we have come to expect from this chain.

  Red roof inn

  Average for a hotel on I95. Beds clean but uncomfortable. No bulbs in lamp. Curtains need repair. Bathroom clean. All and just normal for a motel on the highway and much better than the red roof in Fayetteville.
