  Not Much Good to Say About It

  I booked this motel sight unseen, but if I had been traveling with my wife or family, I would have found another place. The parking lot was not well lit, there were guest setting outside their rooms smoking, drinking and laughing it up. The Room was Stark and in need of Repair and Updating. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll find someplace else.

  Disgusting and Rude

  I have never had a bad situation when I have previously stayed at a Red Roof Inn. (Whether it be with my family or just my self) my Fiance and I arrived late at night recently to check in when I had been driving for hours. I just wanted to get in and sleep. We struggled to get in the door, due to the dead bolt being sticky and having to lift the handle up instead of down. No big deal. We went ahead and brought everything inside. That's when we found the blood marks, makeup stains, cigarette burn and brown stains all over the bed. It being late at night the last thing I wanted to do was going all the way to the office and switch rooms. MAJOR inconvenience. I emailed guest relations to let them know. Where the manager at the location emailed me back and made me feel doubted, even with time stamped photos. Made sure to let me know that there are two different people that check the room before it is rented. Apparently they need new people or I was lied to. Then I call back to guest relations where they report this to "the regional manager". This "regional manager" emailed me and said that there was no way to help my situation. I'm done with Red Roof Inn. They are disgusting and dont care about their customers. They then proceeded to block me on Facebook so I couldn't leave a review.

  Nasty

  Had roaches. Mold. Cigarette burns on everything and stains on everything tried out 5 different rooms and every one was covered with mold. All the rooms had a dirty smell. Dogs steady barking. Druggies constantly aggervating is. also would not refund us. Bad service would not recommend staying here.

  IMPRESIVE

  I was happy with my stay. It was quiet and the price was within my budget. I am glad I stayed here. Customer service was great. I needed extra towels, so i called front desk and they told me I can pick some at front desk. The rooms were small but I was by my self so it worked out.

  Well I didn't realize it was actually meant bare minimum.

  How to book this room. short notice due to air conditioner going out on the home. and I was able to use my voice to lower the right however when I booked it I didn't realize it meant bare minimum. Had a non-smoking King with no towels, no soap, but we did have maybe 25% of the toilet paper left on roll. Has not been cleaned in a month since Sunday. the lady that practicing was nice and it was quick that's the only good thing I can say oh and the air conditioner works really good in the room.
