  Family Reunion

  My family stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Jacksonville, N.C. Located on LeJeune Blvd. The manager Lou-Lou , and the General Manager Grayson, went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. During this Covid-19, it was very much welcomed and appreciated. Everything was nice. In the future, if we are in Jacksonville, N.C., we will stay here. Excellent customer service.

  This is a review of my experience booking a room over the phone with a person at this location

  Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient service deserves recognition! I was trying to reserve a room at the Jacksonville Red Roof Inn & Suites. Couldn't get the website to take the discount code for the pet discount. So I called the hotel phone number and spoke with a really AWESOME person named Janelle. She took care of everything, and gave me lots of information about the hotel amenities and the local area. Recommended I get my student ID so I can use that discount at another stay. She is a GEM, and a great representative for the Red Roof brand! As a direct result, I will be looking to book another Red Roof room for the next leg of my trip. If the stay is as successful as my experience working with Janelle tonight, I will be very happy with my stay. Well done, Janelle!

  Very friendly

  I would highly recommend the staff was very friendly. The lady at the desk was very helpful. The rooms was clean and updated. Very quiet not a lot of noise . Great location just outside Camp Lejeune main gate.

  Awesome stay

  This was by far the nicest stay we have done @ Red Roof. Everything was awesome, cant say enough, & we had breakfast. The front desk was so nice to deal with. This was a free room due to points rewarded & we chose the double queen suite. We will stay here again when in area & we always stay & Red roof when possible, Stay here you will not be disappointed.

  Do not recommend.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are dirty. The first room I went to was not cleaned. After going to my second room, there was a stain on the top sheet that I put on the floor and ignored. The floors have left my bare feet black with dirt. Found a stain on the bed comforter and then got blamed for it. Would not recommend. I was trying to look over these things because the front desk workers originally were super nice but being blamed for their lack of cleanliness draws the line.
