  Perfect family stay

  For a weekend softball tournament for our daughter, I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. With 3 children in tow, a last minute reservation, and being a bit far from things, it definitely exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, the kids loved the little arcade area and a special shout out to Sammy at the front desk for being so helpful, kind and accommodating!

  Family trip

  The front desk especially Doris is AMAZING. She was over accommodating to our whole family. I'm very picky with cleanliness and hotels. I could smell the clean walking into the rooms. Our blankets were fresh.Recommend a 100%.

  Great place to stay

  My family of four stayed here in a double room for two nights. We had a trip to Holiday World planned which initially included the RVs at the campground, but I'm so happy we changed our minds. The Comfort Inn is not only clean and updated, but the staff were friendly and the location cannot be beat! And, despite being so close to the interstate, we didn't hear a peep from our rooms. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is!! Honestly the only constructive criticism I could offer is that there should be a sign off the main road directing you to the driveway. After a long day of traveling it can be deceptively tricky to get to the hotel. But so worth it once you do! Oh and one note to fellow park goers: The hotel is in Eastern Time zone, but Holiday World is in Central. They have signs all over telling you that, but we were a bit out of it after a long day at the park so didn't pay attention til the next day. To sum up: Great hotel! Stay here!

  Beware if you stay here.... the rate quoted and what is listed on internet are likely not what you will pay. They say they match lowest price.... ours was $190 for one nite and one room. Our total charges were near $900 for that one nite/one room and no one including cooperate can figure out why. Master Card is filing the complaint now. Poor communication and inexperienced staff. Dont expect any breakfast, you get half roll of TP and there are sharp objects sticking out from the bed. Our date of stay was 7/17/2020. I have talked to manager Vicki and she cannot figure it out....... I have called everyday for the past 7 days to no avail. So good luck and check your credit card before you leave and get ready to pay!!

  Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee/juice. Yeah, you read that right: a granola bar only. If you want to enjoy a meal with family, you'll have to go elsewhere. Rooms were clean enough though. Hotel needs better signage/directions for interstate travelers.
