  COVID-19 Pandemic!!! Awesome Location

  While at this location the staff especially Lynnae from the front desk & Jessica from house keeping were amazing. They were very attentive and showed a lot of enthusiasm whenever I needed assistance. They were on top of their game constantly asking if I needed anything including but not limited to; room cleaning, towels, toilet paper, directions. My overall experience was great and the people at this location are truly amazing. I wish that all hotel staff was were this nice and attentive to their guests needs and wants. 5 STARS on service. Room was clean and smelled good, unfortunately the pool wasn't open however the bathrooms were huge and the water was hot and did not dry out your skin, for me that is a big plus. Rooms were immaculately clean and the staff genuinely cares about your stay with them.

  Pandemic 2020

  From the moment I called into the hotel to make a reservation Lynnae was absolutely amazing!!! I was needing 2 rooms for about 2 weeks however we are currently still here and have 3 rooms now. We travel with our husband's for work and our puppies and they have been absolutely amazing here. Upon checking in the room was fantastic 2 room suite with kitchenette. I would say if your coming into town and need a place to stay call the place is super clean friendly and very reasonably priced!! And much thanks to Lynnae and all the other staff I am sorry i don't everyones names but you are all amazing!!

  Excellent service

  My daughters stayed here with some friends while visiting friends at NIU. Per the one who booked it she stated the customer service was always excellent when she called twice and once they arrived. I was extremely impressed with the integrity of the staff. My daughter had left her necklace she had received for her 16th birthday in the room she believed. I called in the evening and the person answering the phone stated she would leave a note. I was a bit hesitant if this would be passed along so I called again the next day. The woman answering stated "Oh yes, there is a note about that" (I was instantly impressed). Then she stated the room had not been cleaned yet so she will go check now for it and call me back. She called back shortly after stating she had found it and would put it in the mail. They took my credit card for payment to mail but must have decided it was just worthy of a stamp and didn't charge me. I cannot thank them enough for mailing this back to us. This speaks volumes regarding the staff and how you would feel safe at this hotel, so thank you!!! :)

  Great Place to Stay

  My husband and I stayed here when we were passing through DeKalb on a road trip. The price was very reasonable, and that made us think it probably wasn't going to be the nicest room. We were definitely wrong. Check-in was quick, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The room was cute and immaculate, and I have stayed in much more expensive hotels where the room was not this nice or clean. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

  Helpful staff, clean, near freight train tracks

  Nicer than expected.lovely helpful staff, but if you are a light sleeper, the freight trains will probably awaken you. Pet friendly. 10 foot clearance, if you have an RV, you might need to check in then go out on the main Street and renter on the other side to access the room.
