  Poor Customer Service

  I travel enough to know check in time. The desk personal John White is rude when talking to customers.That is absolutely unacceptable in providing good customer service. Guest dont need to hear excuses when bringing the company business. As a manager, you would request the maids to do housekeeping DAILY. That is not too much to ask. The manager or desk personal showed no effort to accommodate me. That set the wrong tone.

  Turn around dont stay here

  Horrible hotel. Saying its dirty is being nice. Im not sure if we had dog feces on the bed linen or something else. The towels were wet and dirty and had been used!!! This was the only hotel that had a room in the entire town. If we knew it would have been so bad- we would have driven the 30 miles to the next available hotel. Please take my word- dont stay there!!!

  Campus visit

  For a one night stay, this was a ok location. It was just my son and I, if my wife had been with us it would have been a horrible place to stay. It's not the cleanest place. The couch was nasty. The shower didn't drain correctly. Like I said it was ok, but I wouldn't stay again.

  A little rough

  I know covid19 has put a twin st on things but.... The staff could definitely do with some politeness training. The room was clean but you can tell it is still aging under the surface. The tub does not have any "no slip" so both my wife and I showered with a little fear. The people outside were very loud, plying music and drinking until at least 12 (on a wed. Night) They require a $100 damage deposit on your card that is fully charged. Can't wait until I get home to see if it is refunded or if I need to fight for it. The room had pretty damaged floor already for supposed new stuff I would probably skip this one next time.

  convenient and ok

  Initially I entered the parking lot for this hotel with some concern, as there was some sort of construction going on. But the room was clean and quiet and the price was low. The room did need some work--the laminate floor seemed to be peeling, etc. The check in staff was very helpful in recommending local eateries, and the location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the University and also to restaurants.
