  Buen hotel, practicamente en el centro de Appleton

  Bonito hotel, bien mantenido con un restaurant donde preparan buena comida. Este es un hotel que ya tiene sus años pero se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones y con una espectacular ubicación. Su piscina cubierta te permite utiizarla durante todo el año.

  Expensive and not very clean

  Hotel room is dated, expensive for what you get and not very clean. Stick with your Marriott, HolidayInn, Hilton chains. This room just felt dirty then taking a shower the curtains where nasty...see pictures. Others in our group had similar comments about the place. I would not stay here again unless I had to, I recommend searching elsewhere. This is a step up from a cheap motel.

  Would not recommend

  1st we check in on Friday and they advise they validate parking, however I left my ticket in the car. I was told to bring it by anytime during my stay and they will validate for the weekend. Brought it in Saturday and that was the date they marked it for so I had to pay for Friday. The bed sheets were like sleeping on paper, the refrigerator ticked like a bomb all day long. The toilet kept filling ever 20 min which kept us up at night. The gentleman working the front desk Saturday was amazing, but besides that I know we will not be going back.

  Not Bad

  Not a bad place, but could be better. We had a good size king room, nothing special. It is in need of a serious update. The phone still had the Radisson logo on it. It was semi clean, we found black hair on one of the pillows and there was hair sticking out of the hairdryer. Otherwise everything else looked clean. It did not have a coffee and tea service in the room which was a disappointment. It could have been because of covid. On a better note the location is great. I loved being downtown even though some shops were closed due to covid. I might stay here again because of the location. I would definitely give it another try if it was updated. After telling my cat Snorty McPoof about the hotel he looked confused. Is it named Red Lion, Paper Valley or Radisson? I vote for the cat name, you should always respect the bigger cat such as the lion, he said. He turned his back to me and continued to watch out the window.

  Bed full of urine

  We recently visited during a tournament. When we laid down to go to bed, we immediately smelled urine. The sheet smelled awful. We called the front desk and let them know we needed new sheets and a mattress pad. After we lifted the mattress pad, we noticed that the mattress was covered in urine too. The manager showed up and told me he will get me new keys to another room. We packed up only to have the manager now tell me he didnt know how long it would be before they figured out where to put my boys and I. This is at 11:45PM. We needed to get up early and he didnt seem to care. He just kept saying they were busy. I let him know how frustrated I was and told him to make us a priority because I didnt want my kids sitting in that room any longer. He himself even said the room smelled like urine. How does housekeeping let this happen?! How can they look at that and just think that nobody would notice?! The manager eventually came back with new keys, so we switched rooms. This hotel does not clean their room very good either because my son looked under the bed and found a bottle of margarita mix that someone left behind. I will never stay at this hotel again. The experience was just simply gross!
