  Ha venido a menos

  Al hotel comienzan a notársele los años que tiene. Una mejor opción es su nuevo Red Lion Inn and Suites, mucho más acogedor y limpio. La ropa de cama sigue siendo buena pero las toallas ya comienzan a pedir cambio, demasiado usadas. La última noche que estuvimos nunca se presentaron a asear la habitación. Súper mal!!!

  King Suite

  The air conditioner did not work properly in the king bed room, it was hot and noisy. The pull out sofa bed was held together by metal twisty ties that cut my leg open. The pull out bed was like sleeping on a box of rocks. When I complained the only thing that happen was the metal twisty ties were removed and the air conditioner in the king bedroom was turned down to 54 degrees (which still did not help)

  Great nights sleep, lovely toiletries

  We pulled in here after a 60 mile bike ride and 4 hour drive, and we were exhausted! The price at the counter was higher than the internet price, so they lowered it and upgraded our room. We loved the room, the towels, the soaps, the silent air conditioning and the great hot buffet breakfast. Sorry we didnt have time for the hot tub which they were filling up fresh in the morning. All this for less than 1/2 what we would pay at home. This is an independent franchise per the clerk, so may not hold for other Red Lions.

  Very clean and comfortable.

  Melanie was very nice and when I told her that my brother-in-law and I couldn't do stairs, she upgraded us to king rooms on the first floor. She was well spoken and helpful. Thank you Melanie! The room had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker w/coffee. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice size TV. The carpet looked new and clean. The bathroom was clean and had amenities and plenty of towels. The office chair at the desk was worn and should have been replaced.

  Left early

  Very comfortable beds! Spacious bathroom! Overall it was a fine room. With covid and all thats going on there are some amenities not offered but by now we are use to that, although I think hotels prices should reflect those but thats a different review. It was clean, it is a bit older hotel but not bad. Our room was nice. The location is great as its right by all the shopping in Kennewick. Our only complaint would be we checked out extremely early because the people above us were very loud from 3am on and we couldnt go back to sleep. Certainly not the hotels fault but it was a bit of a downer to be woke up in the middle of the night and for the stomping to not stop even as we walked out the door at 4:45 (hit or miss a few minutes). Wed stay again but never on the first level.
