  Awesome water park

  The rooms are a little outdated but it works for families. You can hear EVERYTHING from inside your room. I was glad we brought a white noise machine with us. However, the water park here is the main attraction and you go for that, not the rooms. Overall the staff was friendly. We also loved the arcade. I was pleasantly surprised at how much the staff enforced the face mask policy, and would approach anyone without a mask to offer them one.

  Good visit but restaurant staff is awful

  I went with my daughter for a 3 night trip. Upon checking in, my room wasnt ready....2.5 hours later it still wasnt ready so they gave me another room. No microwave or coffee pot for hot water in the room made it an inconvenience to have coffee in the morning while little one was still sleeping. Arcade, water park were great and safe measures in place to feel comfortable. The staff in champneys restaurant were awful, maybe it was there first day but messed up our order, and were not attentive at all so I thought maybe just a little mistake. Our last night, we went to Palmers pub and an absolute disaster!!! One waitress, Chandra had her act together but was picking up the pieces for her co-workers which made Chandra understandably frustrated. Chandra needs quality help but she cant do it all so kudos to her considering what she is working with. Some of the waitresses simply dont care and it clearly shows!!! We ordered chicken tenders as an app and were raw inside ! We ordered non alcoholic beverages , and both were messed up. Housekeeping was very pleasant throughout our stay , always with a smile, helpful with towels, etc. Id recommend again solely for the location, indoor waterpark, but their food service part needs some serious attention ASAP.

  Great Stay

  My family and I (2 children and husband) stayed for two nights. We had a great time and had a room overlooking the mountain. The room was nice to me in my opinion. I read some people said it was dated but it met our needs. The only issue we had that it was a little tricky understanding the thermostat as the lower you went the ac turns on but the higher you went the heat turn on making it a bit uncomfortable but we were able to manage the right temp. Overall, beds, flat screen tv, bathroom and area was fine. Hotel staff was great. Needed fresh towels, called and bam they came down quick. Forgot our order of fries brought it down quick. no complaints on that. About the water park my children had a blast!!! Didn't feel overcrowded and everyone maintained their space. The only thing that the water park needed was more more chairs. It was hard finding a spot to sit. Add more chairs please. Staff were always cleaning the arcade and wearing a mask. so we felt safe. N. conway was awesome but I wouldn't stay for more than 2 nights as it gets expensive with food. Have to worry about breakfast, lunch and dinner and it adds up. Again is not all inclusive like the caribbean resorts but 2 nights is enough! We did a lot of outside activities like shopping, n conway scenic train and skiing .

  Stay in the town houses

  Overall we had a very good time. Checkin was delayed by nearly 2 hours.they seem to have a hard time getting communication from the housekeeping staff that was doing the townhouses.we did get a complimentary breakfast for three the next morning to help make up for that snafu which was fine cuz it was a decent breakfast. We do recommend the townhouses simply because there's much less craziness that you have in the main hotel because of all of the kids there is obviously a lot of kids because of the water park.we did not do the water park for the simple reason is that there are way too many kids who are running around and not being properly taken care of by their parents who should have known what their job was which is called being parents.my parents would have belted as royally if we ran around like crazies like they were doing there. For kids without a doubt I'm sure they enjoy the pool area. I have to give the staff kudos for doing a really good job of controlling the madness that was kind of taking place cuz you had a lot of kids running around there and they seem to take it quite well.as I said though it's up to the parents to properly take care of their children and a lot of parents these days don't seem to do that.I guess like in those commercials I'm becoming my Father which maybe isn't the worst thing in the world. We would have liked to have tried the food for dinner when the covid is gone. What kind of gather they probably have a pretty good menu at that point. That being said they were plenty of restaurants in the local area to have a good meal.

  Fun, clean, great location

  I stayed three nights with my family. My two kids had a great time at the water park. It's super close to cranmore and the outlets. The rooms were clean - especially the bathroom, despite being sort of small, I felt totally fine about giving my kids a tub! The staff were lovely. I did have an issue where I had the chain lock hooked so that my kids wouldn't run out of the room and then when I went to open the door, it got totally jammed in there. I called the front desk and it took about three hours to get maintenance to my room but they came and passed me a screwdriver so I could take the track off the door. The chain part wasn't the right match for the track! It was fine because my kid slept the whole time so I would have been trapped in my room either way :) but even despite all that it was still a great stay!
