  Bonito complejo que cuenta con una cuidada playa privada ofertando diversos servicios interesantes como spa, piscina...pero sobretodo recomiendo el parasailing, es algo caro pero la sensación de flotar en el aire es brutal! Vale la pena!!

  Anniversary weekend

  We had a wonderful anniversary weekend at Red Jacket Beach resort! Thank you very much for the lovely anniversary gift. It was a great surprise and a very nice gesture. Everything about our stay was perfect! Thank you for making our weekend special. We stayed Riverside second floor and it was a beautiful view.

  Much better than expected

  So we booked a last minute weekend trip since the kids had a day off from school. We originally wanted to check this place our earlier this year but were being cautious due to covid. They were operating at 100 percent capacity and were fully booked so we cancelled our reservation Being that school was back in session we tried again. Hotel was at 80% capacity so we forged ahead. We booked a ground level poolside room. We were getting there late but they were nice to hold a room for us. The rooms are what we expected...dated but functional. The fact that we were right next to the pool helped. We were getting ready to turn in for the night after a 5 hour car ride only to find the shower was broken. We called front desk and when I say they were there in less than a minute....they were there in less than a minute. They were unable to fix the broken shower but had a room open across the way. Was even an upgrade since it more of a suite with a small extra room off to the side. The way the staff handled this (all within a span of 15 minutes) was absolutely amazing. Thumbs up for customer service and making things right! Thumbs up to the two guys that came and tried their best to fix the problem So the rooms...old dated furnishings...comfy bed though. Bathroom was tight but had good water pressure. So not a huge letdown. Only real issue is the overall damp feeling in the rooms. We chalk it up to the fact that its next to the ocean, people trek on and out from the pool. So naturally this may be common. We ran the air conditioner constantly in the hopes of drying out the room a little. It helped a bit so problem averted. The grounds are well kept. The beach was very nice with lots of chairs for you to use. The outdoor pool was nicely heated. We didnt get to use it a lot due to us playing it safe due to covid. There were often others in the pool making it hard to social distance. We found the large indoor pool to be more social distancing friendly. It was HUGE and often we were the only ones theres. Again well kept. Towels aplenty as well as chairs. Aside from the shower snafu...the visit was very pleasant. The staff goes above and beyond and the location was super peaceful. Kids had a great time and thats all that matters to us.

  Well needed getaway

  My wife and I spent four nights at the the Red Jacket Beach Resort just recently. A well needed getaway during this pandemic. Initially we were somewhat apprehensive about travelling. In the end we were glad we did. We were fortunate to be upgraded to an oceanfront room 267, Thank you Hollie. We had visited the property a few times in the past with great experiences. This visit was no different. The room was exceptionally clean. The views spectacular. It was apparent that extra measures and precautions were taken with the guests health in mind. Hand sanitizer dispensers were visible throughout the resort. I observed staff members disinfecting common areas at various times. All staff members were masked at all times throughout our stay. The resort had discontinued daily housekeeping cleaning, We were certainly fine with that. Any request for extra towels or supplies were met in a timely manner. The grounds as always were pristine. It was nice to see Patrick the groundskeeper who I have spoken with during our previous visits over the years. He thanked us for visiting and as always offered dining suggestions in the area. My wife and I had considered spending another night at the property. We would have but we missed our grandchildren too much. lol. There is nothing that I can say that we didn't like about our stay. We always look forward to visiting the Cape. When we do there is no other place that we would consider. Thank you to everyone at Red Jacket that made our stay a memorable and enjoyable one.   Special Anniversary Weekend

  My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and enjoyed a two-day stay at the spectacular Red Jacket Inn on the Cape. Given the times,It must be said that the resort and staff strictly adhere to all protocols related to Covid/19. And at no time did we feel uncomfortable as a guest. During our stay, we were fortunate to occupy an ocean front room with balcony and were able to enjoy the sound and magnificent views of the ocean. Although we had great weather, the indoor pool is always available in the event of rain. With the weather still relatively mild, very comfy lounge chairs are available after a walk on the white sandy beach. The restaurant offers takeout and food orders are turned around very quickly. Should you want to venture out, Hyannis is a quick drive and offers a multitude of shops and restaurants to visit. We will look forward to returning to this great venue in the future.
