  More prison camp than holiday camp...

  May I start by saying the 2 star review is only there because the reception staff are so sweet and friendly. Apart from that and the fact that the hotel is clean there isn't much good news. We booked through hotels.com for a fee of £40 per night yet were charged £79 - no explanation an refused to take it off the bill. The rooms were dated and spartan, dark, gloomy. The bathroom and shower were tiny but clean. It describes itself as beachfront yet it doesn't mention there is a railway track inbetween the hotel and the beach entirely blocking view and access. Reasonably depressing. We couldn't wait to get out.

  Easy access to the beach

  In front of the beach, quite poor breakfast, good dinner. For families of all ages. Rooms to be refurbished, toilets as well Ask for the parking before, very limited places! Staff is friendly, property less...

  I always feel at home here

  The rooms are as shown in internet, personnel super-friendly and they make you feel really welcome. They really care... I'm here for the 3rd time! Pets are welcome and if possible they are trying to fulfill even special requests!

  Nice and clean - good food - friendly staff - noisy - bit outdated...

  Stayed a week with the family full board. The staff has always been very friendly. Room on second floor had a decent size. There was AC though I was told not all room have it. Worked OK but couldn't really get the temperature below 25C... Our room had a nice view of the sea, but that meant it was street (and trains!) facing so it got very noisy in the evening. After a couple of (bad) nights you don;t really hear the trains though. Our kids never cared! Almost no WIFI in the room. Had to go to the lobby for that. Problem was that they don't have AC on ground floor!! Wifi speed is kind of prehistoric (think we got 0.5Mb/s) so don't expect watching much Youtube or Netflix videos...but free... The restaurant below did have nice AC so that was good! Food was nice, not really sophisticated but decent. Most of the time you'd have some pasta (primo) and a fish dish (secundo). so if you like seafood (and pesto!) this is the place! Portions were always enormous, had to order one for two for the kids. even for us we did order 1/2 portions most of the time. Veggy wife could be catered for, even had local soya steak! So the food (and wine) is really a plus there. and the staff.

  A real gem on the Italian Riviera

  Wonderful small hotel, across from the best beaches in the area, very nice staff and great food. We stay at full board and I have always had a wonderful selection of local seafood and pasta. Home cooked food at its best!
