Second time visit, but this is the lastStaff are as wonderful as always, there is always a big smile on their faces. It was the villa itself that need to be updated. Water was leaking from the bath. There was no hot water in one of the shower. We went to the spa and there was no water at all. Flies were everywhere in the restaurant. We spent another three nights at another water park hotel in Phuket at about the same price, it was much much better.

Worst place in ever stay in my lifeThis is the worst place to stay ever in my life. Staffs are not helpful and not friendly at all. We stayed in a villa with 3 bedrooms with 8 ppls. Ridiculously, while we checked in, we were being asked to sign a checklist with all items price listed including a slipper (have you ever heard it will be charged?) and we were only provided 1 hair dryer, 6 towels and 6 beach towels. And the hot water is not able to handle 3 rooms. Else, during checked out, we were being checked by 10 inspectors, which made us feel like we were prisoners/suspects. My comments: I were charged by you of 8ppls but not 6. If you think the cost you charge us is not able to handle your operations, you should rethink how your pricing schedule but not counting items by items to your customer while their stay. Hence, I am not recommending anyone.

Villa that emphasizes relaxation and comfort when staying on, Rawai Beach ,Phuket ,Thailand.Rawai VIP Villas. Rawai Beach, Phuket, Thailand. "Villas with love and service from heart." Rawai Beach is a beauty place, a gift from nature to Thailand, like priceless paintings of humankind. Rawai Beach is both quiet and modern, it impresses every tourist who visits Phuket island. Rawai VIP villas, family resort that includes 40 nicely decorated pool villas. The emphasis is on family style. There are bathrooms, full-equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms, private swimming pools and car parking. I got the opportunity to stay at the Rawai VIP Villas. I had good impression of the resort; I have a great time here. Therefore, I would love to recommend Rawai VIP Villas to all the tourists who visit Thailand, and you will love it. Rawai VIP Villas treats the guests like family or good friends, you will feel "The love is all around". The management team makes the villas perfect place for vacation, creates a new image of smile for all tourists who visit Phuket.

Definitely a great place, especially for kidsI read some of the negative reviews of this place and was a little anxious about how our stay would be. I think most of the villas are more or less the same, some have a bit of garden (not a massive amount of space, to be honest) and some have 3 bedrooms rather than 2, so the bad reviews worried us. However, from the initial contact with the reception staff - very friendly - to the overall cleanliness and care taken by the staff, I think this is a great place to stay. Yes, you have to sign off an inventory, but then you have to pay for damages or losses in hotels, too, so I can't understand why people would complain about that. The only difference is a small deposit but we were fine with that. The villas are clean, the kitchen area really well equipped, and details such as the decorations, free bikes, washing machine, make a huge difference to the overall experience. While we were there a couple of things went wrong and the staff responded and fixed them within minutes. Others have also complained about the breakfast provided. We thought it was great. Lots of choices, fresh coffee machine, both western and Thai food (definitely something we want, and I'm sure others do, too), fresh fruit, and decent pastries. There was nothing to dislike unless you're really fussy about what you eat. Our daughter, who's almost 3, loved playing in the play area and the pool. She didn't want to spend hours in there, but we thought it was distracting enough for her each day, and she always wanted to end the day there. The free activities such as drawing and face painting were wonderful and I hope these continue. I do agree with some comments that maintenance is needed on some of the equipment but it's fine for a short time. There's only one complaint we would make, and this has been addressed elsewhere. The steps in the pool are made of compacted small stones, and these are definitely coming loose and can cut your feet and legs if you're not careful. I believe this has been mentioned enough times so I'm sure it can be resolved soon. But I guess it means draining the pools and closing the villas while it's done, so it's not going to happen overnight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, were impressed with the accommodation and facilities, and would recommend it to anyone with children who want some distractions without having to go far.

Not too impressedThis villa is about an hour drive from the airport. If traffic is bad it can take up to 2 hours. Likes: Room is clean and well equipped Staff is friendly It comes with a private pool Has a kitchen equipped with most things like knives, plates, pots and pans. Aircon is cold Playground is big and spacious.. and hygiene is not too bad. It has slides, a big ball pit, toys and blocks. Dislikes: My child did nt enjoy the playground too much. Did not like the cafe food. Only swam in pool once a day as water is cold due to rain.( not blaming the villa) The pool steps were very sharp and most of our kids got cuts. Lots of mosquitoes so bring repellant. Most importantly, do not leave food lying around in the kitchen when no one is around as there will be RATS. Keep your food in the empty cupboards or refrigerators and you will be fine. Keep the rubbish bin closed as well. The family mart outside the resort is about a 10 minute walk along the driveway. There is pretty much nothing to do there (within walking distance from villa) if you do not like to stay in the resort. We had 8 kids with us and they got pretty bored quickly. We booked a grab van and went to shopping centres about 45 mins away. There is no breakfast provided, you may wish to eat at the cafe but I'm not sure about the selection. The high chairs for dining were mostly unsafe for babies as they would have broken straps or no straps. Most eateries also did not hv safe high chairs. Tip is to bring your own portable one.
