  Pleasant Surprise

  Wasn't expecting much after reading trip advisor reviews. This hotel was booked as a part of a self guided bike tour. However it is an excellent hotel. Room was large and nicely futnished. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the best we have had after a month's touring. Only negative was no air conditioning. It wasn't needed during our 1 night stay. Staff's English wasn't perfect but they were polite and helpful.

  Not good

  Stayed in this hotel 18th September for one night staff at reception were good quick at giving our keys very polite and rooms were nice . Next morning when we went and asked for a coffee she was very rude and snatched the euros out of my hand and when we went and got another she wanted more we told her we were waiting to go into breakfast when we told her our room number she said ok apart from this indecent it was ok would I stay again no

  Good value hotel

  Stayed one night, the hotel is spacious and has its own carpark Euros 10 per day. Welcoming staff and the room was surprisingly spacious. Fabulous buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Decoration rather basic but you are not paying for the Ritz. Would stay there again.

  good indication for business trip

  it was a good place to stay for one night,- it is a concrete-building - well refurbished - I was surprised by the room size, There was a great breakfast buffet, and a place to sit outside, The location is perfect to visit the historic places around, including all churches, in walking distance, - the Hundertwasser building as well - it is worth to check if there are by any chance a concert going on in the cathedral, - great acoustics

  Good quality all round at Hotel Ratswaage

  Really nice quality hotel. Modern enough but still has the historic feeling. Breakfast was really good with so many options. My only recommendation would be coffee and tea in the room along with bigger or more pillows for the bed. An English TV channel lor two would be a real improvement. Thanks
