  Great Stay

  I stayed in Rathview House B&B at the beginning of July 2019 for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived to when I checked out, Sharon provided brilliant hospitality and was very helpful and informative. The breakfast menu provided great options and each meal I had was delicious. As I had a room at the back of the house it was very peaceful, while the room was very comfortable and having my own en suite was brilliant. My room was very spacious and the location of the B&B was very nice. A local supermarket and Lidl are a 3 minute walk away while Swords main Street and the Pavilions shopping centre a 10 minute walk away. Overall a very good experience.

  Had reservations ...but couldn't stay there

  Tried to stay there... we called more than 24 hours in advance to courteously let the B&B owners know that we had a late check in... completely to be respectful. We were told check in was no later than 6pm. We were unaware, they said it was on the hotels.com website (run by Expedia)...we apologized for not seeing it. ..we respected their rules so asked for a refund, or partial refund...we then explained our situation and that we could not get in any earlier. We received zero flexibility from this facility. We were shocked...we happen to manage our own lodging facility... and while rules are rules inflexibility with your guests isn't the best way to conduct business...I'm sure this is a lovely place to stay but certainly not recommended by this traveler.

  No Detail Too Small

  This is the peak of Irish hospitality at its best. Sharon Harrington was amazing and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. From our personal greeting and explanations of room and also the vast knowledge of the area and the service of taxi calling etc... Sharon made us at home in her B and B and even made us feel like mother was taking care of us. Very pleasant and enjoyable hostess indeed. You will not be sorry. Her suggestion of The Old School House Restaurant was awesome. Thanks Sharon and we both look forward to your place in the future. God bless. Kenn and Dennis. xxxx

  We loved our stay at Rathview House. It was located very close to the airport, making it an ideal place to stay for our final night in Ireland. Sharon was a lovely host and very knowledgeable with recommendations for places to visit in town and tips to easily get to the airport. Our room also was very clean and tidy.

  Our Second Stay And Look Forward To Our Third

  We first stayed at Rathview House on the last night of our first visit to Ireland in the spring of 2009 because of its convenient location near the airport. We had to leave early and could not enjoy Sharon's hot breakfast. Ten years later we were able to enjoy her hospitality and a great breakfast since our flight back to the States was later in the day. Although only a few blocks to the hustle and bustle of downtown Swords, Rathview House sits on a dead end street which is quiet with no through traffic; parking is typically not an issue. Sharon is a wonderful host! We will gladly stay at Rathview House again in the future.
