    The quality of staff was so bad!

    The quality of staff was so bad, especially the staff who stand inside the counter. Room 117 got aircond problem, after check by the staff, he said is setting problem, ask to wait for 10min for cool air. But after 3 hours also the same, call again but can't get any help to solve this problem. Anyway, this hotel have very nice swimming pool and breakfast.

    Worst service standard of front desk staff

    Worst staff attitude at front desk ever, especially man in coat(believe is the manager). The manager will always say " no no no no no" to his guests. No smile, no greetings unlike other hotels. Do not recommend to friends or people viewing this. Will definitely not book this hotel again!!

    Rip off policy and bad attitude staff and manager

    When I checked in the front lady told us that it is the non smoking room so I smoke outside at the terrace. When I checked out the front people told me that I have to pay 2000 baht fine. Me: Why do I have to pay 2000? Hotel manager: You smoke in the room. Me: I did not smoke in the room. I smoked out side on the terrace and there were no smoking sign on my room terrace. How do I suppose to know that I can smoke in the open space especialy on my terrace. Hotel manager: It is no smoking in every hotel dont you know? Don't you notice that we don't have the ashtray? Me: If you dont allow guests to smoke on their terrace why dont you put the no smoking sign? Hotel manager: The reason why we dont put the non smoking sign on every room is because it doesn't look good for the hotel. Me : How do I expect to know if you don't put the sign? I will sue the hotel. Hotel manager: Becareful I will sue you back. (and walk away) This is what the hotel manager said. This show the rip off policy of the hotel and the bad attitude of the hotel staff. The reason why I paid because I had a very important meeting so I dont have time to argu with the staff and wait for the police to come But I took pic of the terrace of the room to show people how bad the staff. This review will help guests to decide whether they want to make a reservation to this hotel.

    Surprise for the Land of Smile!

    Quite upset with the staffs at the front desk & the restaurant; they seemed to be frustrated with the big group of Chinese tourists of a big country. Thus they treated all the Chinese the same, no matter which country youre from. Surprised me as this is the first hotel in this land of smile to have staffs that are not so friendly...

    Less than 1 star

    I was recommended this hotel to my company total c/i 12 rooms, it was so terrible service and never seen before, so many problems as below. 1. during c/i bellman still concentrate with his music in the phone also beat foot step do not have any offer while my waiting at the front desk (front desk was busy) that fine for me but bellman should help colleague in order to reach hotel service standard, 2. When we are in the room we found that dont have a sleeper, I have calling to front desk asking for their service, after 45 mins nothing happened, I have to call them again??? All rooms dont have sleeper??? Whatttt 3. Due to sleeper as i was informed that all rooms 12 rooms dont have a sleeper and my friend dont have any flip flops and asking at the front desk manager, she said the hotel dont have any policy to set up sleeper, WHATTT!!! After that my friend asking how do we go out without a shoes, manager said she can check and give him one right now, and if we like to order a sleeper to set up in 12 rooms it might be not enough in hotel store, WHATTTT!!! 4. During check out, I asking bellman (who put down hotel star) to store our bags, hevheading to open bell store with holding his phone on his hand and tell us to put it by ourselves, WHATTT!!! You have to teach him to prevent loss items and do not allowed anyone to get inside concierge store. LAST COMMENT I would like to express my big thank to Khun Boat (Sales) and Khun Por for coordinate and help me to complete hotel booking sometimes come with extra requested but they know how to treat and solve a problem with alternative as aways. But sorry I can not get business with you again as hotel service could not reach my company expectation
