  The only good choice in NC

  The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The check - in process and check-out is very quick. The staff was very friendly too. Unfortunately was only there for a night so could not use their SPA facilities. The breakfast was good but it lacked some life... The restaurant to be honest felt pretty boring and we decided to take dinner at another restaurant. All the rooms are not same size although they cost the same. Some rooms even have verandah and some are bigger in size.

  Clean, friendly with good food

  spent 3 nights here in June. The room I had was were not very big but had a double bed and the bathroom had a good shower (no bath). A/c was almost good enough for the 25-30C outside and you got a balcony. wifi was good enough for emails and browsing (free). Curtains not dark enough for the mid-summer sun rise (3am) hence lower score for sleep as the bed was fine. Breakfast was good for a small hotel and we ate one night in the outside restaurant which served a good range of fish/meat dishes. Staff were friendly. Didn't get a chance to use the SPA though. The gym had multiple very modern weight equipment and a running machine.

  Spa and Restaurant

  The hotel and Spa is located conveniently downtown about 15 minute walk from the river Kama and the Park Pribeshnyy. During summer season a very well visited local meeting point.The hotel is easy to find even if your Russian is not too proficient. The premises comprise a parking lot (during winter time it is better to use the garage!). A small restaurant with exquisite, kind of french style cuisine is part of the hotel. The menu is in russian language with proper english translation. All staff usually very friendly and mostly english speaking - enough to order food and drinks. The restaurant serves german beer from the tap (Bitburger). The food was very good - order an entree, small salad, main course and a vodka afterwards and you will be happy. You may get a voucher for the Spa and you should use it - I found the Spa very nice! The voucher doesnot cover the whole visit! Not far from the hotel you ll find a bavarian style bar (Maximillian's) worth a visit!! If you have the time make sure you visit the ancient town of SAMARA - about 400 km southwest of Bishegovo!!! Make sure that you don t loose any paper that you receive either when you enter the country or leave the hotel with an official stamp on it!! It will cause a significant delay when you leave the country!

  Nice hotel

  Location is nice and it is comfortable. Breakfast is included although it is simple. Reception is very nice. Room is clean. But when it is hot, air conditioner could not be controlled and I have to open the window.

  Business trip

  The hotel is an localization, near to hotel and bars, but the breakfast is not good as should be for a 5start hotel, there are available only a few fruits. The clothes takes usually at 3 least 3 days to be washed, that is not acceptable when you are in a business trip.
