  Kicked Off Property

  Stayed at the Ranch House while veteran husband had surgery at the VA. Five year old daughter wet bed and we were kicked out of the room/property. The manager stated "we don't do bodily fluid". It was an accident. What about blood, sweat, drunk adult urine? I know this is not the first or last time a child will accidentally wet the bed. The manager had rekeyed the room and informed cleaning crew to let us get our belongings. They allow dogs, dah, but kicked a mother and child out. Very disappointed and will not recommend this location.

  Nasty Nightmare

  Me and my family were planning on staying for about a month or two. First of all, the pictures of the rooms on here currently are NOTHING compared to how it actually looks in real life, dust EVERYWHERE, which i had to vacuum, the fan in our room was hanging off the ceiling which I had to repair myself, our bed was disgusting (it didn't even have a sheet on it just a top sheet) mattress is nasty. Our family cant all leave at the same time because the lock on the door never works. Have to get the office to let us back in. Roaches everywhere...had to buy roach baits. Windows are from the 60's or 70's have mold along the windowsills. Floor is asbestos tiles from God only knows when. Bathtub leaks water everywhere. Internet is terrible...and to top it off they charge us more than other residents. One week its 335 next week 355 one week we even paid 360. The place is a health hazard. Staff, very unprofessional and rude. Our room is now cleaner compared to what it was before because WE cleaned it. I do NOT recommend this place!!

  Great Stay

  The 1 bedroom apartment type was great. The new staff is working overtime addressing any issues that have arisen by the previous management. The staff is very professional thanks to the new general manager. Thank You so much Samantha for a great stay.

  See the room first.

  Went to rent a suite for a month, wanted to look at the room first this huge Black female rolled her eyes and said really, I said I either look at the room or I bounce, she had attitude she said I will show you if that is what you want. She walked really slow to this room was joking what looked like gang members finally opened the door the room was really hot, reason the air conditioner didn`t work that is why she didn`t want to show the room. That is being a thief, I wouldn`t stay unless you are armed.

  SLUMLORDS' 'R' US

  bedbugs', rats', and roaches' 'plus' fire-hazard stoves', i, love visiting my friends' and they 'do not' deserve to live in such filth. how can 'slumlords' get away with this? the owners' (slumlords') have warped floors' that could fall through, if, stood and walked on!!!!!
