  Buena opcion para unos dias en SF

  Hotel bastante centrico, al lado de una de las calles principales de la ciudad (market st). Aunque la fachada estaba en obras, el interior estaba recien remodelado. Personal amable. Lo que no me gusto es que esta en una zona que aunque insisten en decir que no es peligrosa, no es muy agradable. Muchos vagabundos y gente extraña en las calles. Aunque el hotel está bien, no repetiría por el ambiente de la zona.

  READ ME! DO NOT STAY HERE!

  DECEPTIVE,DECEITFUL AND UNFAIR! They charged my credit card for a cancellation that I submitted 4 days prior to my scheduled stay. They fed me some B.S. about a non-refundable booking policy!!! They are unresponsive, rude, negligent and fraudulent! The front desk manager said I should've looked at the yelp reviews prior to booking my stay. I emailed and called several times to get a managers email or phone number and they never gave it to me, then he said it wouldn't matter who I contacted that I would not get my money back. This is a HOSTEL, not a hotel! There is evidence of urine, bed bugs and stained sheets, which they never denied of having! Read the reviews they are all true! They will charge your card even if you call to cancel and they will purposely not respond and ignore your cancellation request so that they can later say it's non-refundable. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB because they flat out don't care about stealing honest people's money! Trust me any place is better than this place. I'd like to see if they respond because all of this true! I CAN NOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH DO NOT STAY HERE OR EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!

  Fleas, no ac, bathroom down hall

  They are trying to make the place look presentable, but my roof was hot with no AC. The fan cooled it down. There was.no bathroom/shower in the room. It was down the hall. I work up and am now covered in about 30 flea bites that are not fun at all.

  No complaints

  Its a small budget hotel, and the photos on the site are true to form. Definitely spring for the room with ensuite. Otherwise you will be using a shared bathroom down the hall. Our room was teeny, but it was clean, and was sufficient to our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful (our toilet was clogged when we arrived, and it was fixed within 10 mins)

  Great Location, Clean Hotel on a Budget

  I recently stayed at the Ram's Hotel during a short trip to San Francisco. The location is fantastic, BART Station nearby and centrally located to many attractions. The rooms are small, but clean and the hotel appeared to have been freshly painted recently when I was there. If you want the staff to clean your room, you just need to ask or put a sign on your door, they won't do it automatically, which was fine with me for short stay I preferred not to have anyone coming into my room. After I checked out I realized I had left a watch behind which I had worn for over 20 years. I figured I would never see it again, but I called from the airport and Manager Vik immediately went to to check the room I had stayed in, found the watch, and sent it to me via certified mail right away. It was really refreshing to see an honest and honorable inn keeper. There is a shared bathroom with a shower, it is large and was always clean and available when I needed it, so it wasn't the hassle I was expecting. The rooms do have a sink, so you can still wash up, brush your teeth, etc. in your room. I would recommend trying this hotel if you are in town for a few days and looking to save a few bucks by giving up some the of the unnecessary luxuries you might find elsewhere for a clean and comfortable room.
