  a small 30 rooms family managed botique hotel , great place

  a very nice small hotel , all wooden built , very nice rooms , clean , mountain view . spa with saunas and jaquzi , very good personal service , very good home style breakfast and dinner , ski room , free wi fi 70 Euro per person in double room half board .very recommended

  Excellent ! Coming every year again !

  Great family managed hotel in best location , very near to the Col Rodella cable car station . Rooms very convenient and spotlessly clean . Very good breakfast and dinner both including self service buffet. Spa including Jacuzzi , dry and humid saunas , ski room , underground parking . But the most important as always is the friendly and helpful service ! Average price 80 Euros per person per night , half board , according to season .

  Great welcoming hotel

  We stayed at the hotel as a part of a "ski package" and we loved it. Especially the great breakfast, dinner and overall service. Bed was comfy, and location is great: 3-5min walk from the main lift. And the downside, we were surprised to see charges for water, tea and coffee from dinner time, though diner was included in the rate. (It would have been nice to be informed IN ADVANCE that dinner doesn't include water and hot beverage). Also on the downside - hot water in the shower wasn't stable - and we experienced short colder/hotter bursts during shower. furthermore, Walls and ceiling are paper thin so... the hotel was quite noisy. Neither bothered us, and we enjoyed the welcoming service, the afternoon drink at the bar (reception...) and the delicious meals.

  Very nice place, freindly service restaurant prices a bit higher, only compaint buffet breakfeast and dinners staff stand guard and watch over you , very intimidating, too frightened to go back for more, and note down if they think you have taken more than you should. Remembering this is buffet"" staff not dressed appropriatley or have same uniforms, not sure who was emloyed there or not

  Good service and family friendly

  We went skiing in January 2020 and stayed 4 nights. Breakfast and dinner were great! Our request of gluten free meals was met to our satisfaction, amazing service! Staff made us relaxed and we always were treated well with happy faces. Our room was clean and met our expectations even if a little dated. There is a wellness area, great after skiing. Close to the parking area there is a locker room were you can store skis and other equipment, made it easy for us. Walking distance, 300 meters from the hotel, you will find the skilift, bringing you immediately to the top of the mountain, perfect! It is also very close to city centre YES! We will recommend this hotel to our best friends!
