NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL

This hotel is absolutely awful dont ever go here. We paid £700+ for two of us to go here all inclusive and the food was shocking, you had to pay for WiFi and theres no entertainment but they state on their booking that there was. It also says theres a snack bar but theres no such thing. ALL the staff are so rude other than the English man on reception everyone else is so rude and dont speak a word of English. When I booked this hotel I booked it thinking it was a 4* as thats what it stated but in fact they are a 3* but I wouldnt even give it a 1*. We had to spend over 600 lira to eat out because the food was so bad, theres also 3 drinks in the all inclusive thats it! The rooms are terrible we had to move rooms 3 times because nothing worked and theres holes in the walls etc.. not worth the money absolutely shocking.

JUST PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

All inclusive not! A can of coke you pay extra. The food is so poor, I paid for all inclusive and I can't even eat the food because of the poor taste and edibility. We are forced to spend money eating out leaving no money to enjoy the holiday on excursions. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Had to pay for Wi-Fi £14 for 2 weeks it disconnects me and the cleaner threw away the slip, then once i asked for the pass and login slip again the person at reception was going to charge me another 14 pound for Wi-Fi I already paid for if I didn't put my foot down! The female receptionist is soo rude don't try and complain she acts like it's your fault the hotel is bad, she spends most of her time putting her fingers into the buffet to eat and not even bothering to use the cutlery. Along with the flies it isn't very hygienic with the amount of people using it each day! Rooms are bad, unclean and broken it is nothing like the pictures and so misleading just take it from me please don't come here they barely speak English (the waiters in the food area are nice and seem to talk basic english) we had a problem with the cleaners moving money around aswell (it was in one area before we left for an excursion then when we came back it had mysteriously moved under the bed from out of another room when I complained and got the head cleaner in she went straight to the bed and lifted it up it says a lot if they knew EXACTLY where the missing money went)

    Avoid

Please spend more and go somewhere a lot better. Myself and my 3 boys went 2 days without much food as it was garbage and not even labelled so you didnt know what you were eating. We spent most of our spending money on eating out. Drinks are beer, wine which is like drinking a glass of sugar, vodka, gin, coke and lemonade anything else like cocktails or whiskey had to be paid for. They did nice food but that was in the menu and you had to pay. No snack bar its visible but not been used. Wi-fi you have to pay for not free anywhere in the hotel. We found out half way through our holiday things had been cut as the hotel is in debt and they need to slash things to pay the debt. No entertainment like stated and all inclusive ends at 10pm. There is a shop across the road you can go buy beer from which we used everyday we were there. I would honestly say to anybody looking at this hotel to avoid we made the mistake of booking with 3 kids and all our spending was spent on food and drinks so we could make the most of what we had. The pool was ok dirty when walking so make sure you have flip flops on at all times. And the slide is only switch on between 10-12 then 2-4 so the kids get board very easy. I will go back to alanya but not this hotel. And when you complain to your travel company they email the hotel and they wont respond so dont bother trying to claim any money back. Im looking in to it further and claiming from the hotel and the holiday company because sunshine say its had everything for all inclusive which is false advertising. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff were all lovely but when you made a complaint they couldnt do anything cause they didnt have the facilities to do anything. Please please read reviews before booking this hotel and if you already have please change its not ideal for holiday makers its more like a hostel.

    Honest English review

Stayed here with my partner and 18 month old child, first of all we didnt pay for a 5 star hotel so we wasnt expecting it. On arrival at 2am the receptionist was out helping us carry our luggage , quick check in and got room 903 (top floor with front and rear balconies). The room was a little dated but sufficient for a holiday , had 2 aircon units , a safe (-2 a day) fridge , table/chairs , sofa, old TV, so all in all the room was fine. The food/drink-food was hit and miss, 1 day they had the chicken kebabs being cooked in front of you , other days the food was that bad the cats would say no to it. Your in a 3 star hotel in turkey , dont expect English breakfasts. There drinks werent that good either, the beer was drinkable but there vodka would strip the paint off the walls it was horrible. Amenities - the pool area is really good , lots of loungers available, nice pool , pool bar open (not snack bar) serving cola, lemonade, beer and vodka , anything else is payable. There is a Turkish baths in the basement , prices start at 15, the inside pool was really good seeing we had a Young child with us and some days was to hot outside. There is a gym but it always had a closed sign up. The location is great, just a few streets away from the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants , although there is a mosque directly at the back of the hotel that plays out very loud prayers numerous times a day starting at 6am. The staff were fantastic with the exception of 1 waitress in the restaurant who came across very rude, but otherwise all was friendly , Abdullah or apple as he liked to be called was a credit to the hotel , always polite and helpful. Would I return ? Yes probably , yes theres lots of Russians and Ukrainians and sometimes this stands out like your the only English there, but this didnt matter at all. Dont let the negative reviews put you off , give it a go for he money you cant go wrong.

    AVOID

This was my partners first holiday abroad and we could not have picked a worse hotel if we tried! The food is vile, nothing is labelled, you have no idea what it is! What is meant to be hot is tepid at best! The all inclusive finished at 10 then you were expected to pay for the local paint stripper being served as vodka! The management where only bothered or concerned about the Russian guests, no English music was allowed to be played and every night was like a pornagraphic Eurovision! The only saving grace of the holiday were the 3 young Turkish lads that worked in the bar and everywhere else for very little money! Dreadful, booked with teletext who have no right advertising this hotel to English holiday makers!!
