  A great visit

  This was my second time coming to Xenia and my second at the hotel. The breakfast is in bags and is a good starter before an actual hot breakfast. It is conveniently right next door to 2 gas stations if youre needing anything, and they provide toothbrushes and toothpaste if you need it. The lobby is a little dated but you spend almost no time there. The rooms have carpet which is a common dislike but it did not bother me. I stayed in a king suite which had a large double vanity with more counter space than I needed, lots of closet space, and a jetted tub. I always check behind the bed to see how well the room is cleaned inbetween guests, and you could tell they vacuumed, there was no dirt or dust on furniture etc. When I asked for housekeeping service during my stay, they informed me they do full service as long as I am not in the room due to Covid, which I understood. I personally packed up (other than what was hanging) my belongings just to reduce the risk of Covid contamination. The sheets and bedding was clean and they triple sheet the beds. I enjoyed my stay and my coworkers didnt seem to have issues either. Will return if I come back to Xenia

  Horrible

  Our first room had a toilet that wouldnt flush, a leaky sink faucet, and a bathroom fan that squealed. The second room we got was not much better but it was late after a seven hour road trip, so we decided to suck it up and deal with it. Even with the thermostat set at 90, the room didnt get much warmer than 60-65 degrees. I slept with my winter coat on, hood up, and head covered because I was so cold. Half of the outlets wouldnt work so we had to use our own power strip to be able to charge our phones overnight. The shower was difficult to figure out how to work and we were standing in an inch of water by the end of our shower. The hotel in general is in need of some TLC because it has not been maintained well. The bed sheets were stained and the covers were thin.

  Ok

  Lobby was clean. Kind of dated. Had contactless check out. They obviously cleaned my room but nothing to say santized for protections etc. Need to get rid of the carpet. Wish the bar and restaurant were open. Had to drink alone in my room while visiting family.

  Great Customer Service

  The staff is excellent. Whenever there is a need, they are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you on your stay. Food suggestions, attractions, and they are attentive to help the guests. For example, there was a problem with my room on my last visit and Bob re-arranged for me a new room, no questions asked and it was done within a few minutes. The rooms have always been quiet, the beds comfortable and you can always count on a good night's sleep. The room also has a free Keurig to use during your stay and each room is a great place to work if you are traveling for business. in addition to all this, they give out free packed lunches/breakfast, even with COVID! I've been there three times, and each time it's been a great stay. 10/10 would recommend.

  Dirty rooms

  We stayed for one night, the room looked like it had never been cleaned. Dusty, stuff on the walls, stains on curtains. Lights were broken, toilet barely flushed. We were in a non-smoking room and found cigarette butts under the bed. When we talked to the front desk they said a manager would contact us and did nothing.
