  Conveniently located. Great things to do in area

  10 minute walk to rail. Fast train to Shanghai. Eat street, guangbin Road. Comes alive after dark. Loved being able to choose my meal and watch it being cooked. Fast internet in my room. Bands are hard in China. I got extra doña from staff to pad mine. Night time chocolates!!!

  Hotel location and room condition

  The room is clean and well equipped - kettle , slippers , complimentary drinks ( 2 bottles of mineral waters ) , fridge with snacks and drinks all sorts. free coffee and tea packs. nice lay back seat . king size bed that is very comfortable . The interior a bit dated need renovation though . It is well located and surrounded with food and amenities - pharmacy and convenient shops. It has a gym as well but no swimming pool , a reasonable 4 stars business hotel.

  quiet clean hotel, nicearea

  thelocationof thehotelis very nice. Many things to do around a soon as you get out. Be reminded this is not a hotel in the centre of Hangzhou but actually in a suburb which is very new and kind of close to the hight tech city and university. good clean hotel. The gym and pool needs perhaps an upgrade.

  Good location. Average room. Poor service.

  The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, but the nearest metro station or the train station costs you 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is okay, a little bit unorganized. The room is okay. The towel is rather filthy. The non-smoking room is not really non-smoking. You can still smell the strong odor in the room. I'm a Wyndham Diamond member staying over a dozen Ramada hotel worldwide, and I have never seen such unprofessional front desk agent before! #1 - The lady could not locate my reservation even though I provided my Wyndham member id and reservation number. I booked directly through the website. I had to call Wyndham, and her manager eventually solved the problem. #2 - The front desk lady never introduced any member benefits. When I asked about it, she said their property does not provide any benefit to the Wyndham member, even the highest tier Diamond member. I kindly reminded her that Diamond member could receive late checkout, room upgrade, and welcome amenity at least. She rudely interrupted me and said that the only benefit Wyndham Diamond member could get at their property is receiving points, which according to her, is extraordinarily generous for the hotel.

  Poor rooms and service. Nice Location

  Stayed there from March 13th to 14th, 2019. Was greeted by two grumpy persons at the reception with no word of English. When I called the reception desk from the room to ask them for a water, that lady just hung up the phone since she could not understand a word. After a couple of unsuccessful tries, I had to go down to find her in person. Rooms are shabby, but clean. Breakfast is nice. Location is great, not far from the city center, even though you need to walk 10 minutes till the nearest metro station. Definitely not a 4 star Hotel, as they claim.
