  Noise between rooms and floors is totally unacceptable Parking facilities is average Rooms were clean, tidy and suitably appointed Facilities were ok Location is ok Value for Money is average Concierge were quick to act on request

  Fantastic experience

  Excellent accomodation. Staff were friendly. Nice private location close to the beach (unpatrolled), great track on the coastal walk. Pool was beautiful, theres bbq as well. The rooms were big and comfortably accommodated our family. Really made our Coffs stay enjoyable.

  Xmas stay 2020

  Had a great time.Very happy with Covid cleanliness & policing. Staff were great,reception Grace & Kate we very nice. Maintenance guys Shaun & Greg were very friendly & obliging. All staff were helpful when needed

  Nice and relaxing.

  Mum and I Stayed for 3 nights 1-4 Feb 2021, Mum had stayed before so she invited me down, I loved the location and the forest. I am a runner so I appreciated the trails and tracks and the beach so close, the grounds are well maintained and the room is well appointed with soap, shampoo, fresh towels, they provide trolleys for luggage, good cooking facilities, 2 flat screens as well, we stayed in 122, little bit noisy from the pool but thankfully it closes at a reasonable time. Covid rules are tightly followed which we appreciated. I ordered take away so called ahead and went down for the pick up over the way where the restaurant is, did not appreciate the guy at the reception desk (not restaurant reception, but the check in for that particular resort) with the beard and glasses yelling at me across the foyer in front of other guests as I made my way to the restaurant to pick up my food, same guy who got frustrated with me when I asked for a menu on our first day then went back and asked for the phone number to call as its not printed on the menu.. Like a police man, probably further training needed, Front desk staff on all occasions in our part of the resort were very courteous and helpful and explained the facilities very well. They were not aware of the upcoming dog policy so I gave them a copy of the email we had received. My Mum has a dog and has booked a dog room for our poodle for September 2021, she is very frustrated with both calls she has made, the wait time on the phone, has asked twice for a confirmation email from the agent in the Philippines (this is where the phone is diverted) agent says please restart you computer the mail has been sent....hopefully somebody can take action booking number 333799951RCSP so we get a email copy as requested twice. We will be back.

  Good location, close to the beach and lookouts, convenient to shops and Center if the town. Many choices for food and outdoor activities, friendly staff, nice facilities including swimming pool, golf, and bush walking
