  The good and the bad.

  Two bad things wich are i had a few problems with security they are constantly telling us to go to bed and being nasty, but when I told reception they done there best to solve this. The food is below average but the alcohol is okay. The rest of the staff are lovley and the animation team are great and do everything they can to make your stay here fun. It is a very clean and tidy place but definitely not the place for a group of boys to go on holiday but I imagine it would be alot better for a family group. Over all I had a good time. Mehmet at the reception bar is the best and I'm going to miss him serving my drinks. Ezgi from the animation team was really nice to us and made our time here fun and enjoyable! Also the entertainment was really good!

  So far excellent.Especially guest relation,Gozde + friends.Thank you pool bar Emre.It is nice to be with our friends here lovely weather and sunny.We are happy here thanks for all teams cant wait to return.Next year hope to see you again

  Just what we needed

  Hotel once again very accommodating and clean. Sticking to covid rules and safety ensured for all guests. Animation team very good 'sabotage' Especially Ezgi who tried daily to get me to join yoga. Food good. Drinks good. Beach good. Pool good. Second time here and would come again. Love Mehmet cocktails. Emre is crazy barman.

  Had one of the best holidays I have been on!

  We just returned home from an amazing week at the Ramada! I had an absolute ball! We especially enjoyed going on the bus down to the beach pool! Everything was spot on the staff where friendly and where very cautious and courteous with restrictions to do with our on going global pandemic, we felt so safe knowing the measures that the staff had put in place. There was only one thing that let us down in regards to the hotel, and this was the food, Dont get me wrong there was loads of choice, but there was not a lot of food either of us would eat, also the food tended to be look warm or cold. I expected with it being an al inclusive holiday there would be at least some sort of pasta that I could eat that if there was nothing I would eat, however the only pasta available was plain pasta(no sauce) or you where offered ketchup to have with it. All on all it was a great experience and would recommend to everyone, if you are an adventurous eater you will love the food, however it was just not for us. Thank you to all the Ramada Akbük stay for the great hospitality and we will hopefully see you again in the future.

  Holiday

  Second time we have stayed at this hotel,we had the last two weeks of the season so it was very quiet which was perfect for us, that being said they didn't skimp on the food or drinks even though they were nearly empty. Food was well cooked and served by staff observing covid rules which meant I didn't over eat as I normally do. Animation team were polite and not too pushy, Ezgi was especially fun and completely bonkers. My only grumble would be the music was too loud throughout the day for my liking but that's minor. Would highly recommend
