  Great historic buildings.

  Loved the old buildings, gardens and lake. Some amenities closed during pandemic. (Pool, gymn.) TVs in both lounge and bedroom. WiFi available. No restaurants close by. Need a 5 minute drive to town centre. Several fast food outlets close by or meal delivery. Three supermarkets about two minutes away.

  Great holiday after the lockdown

  It was our first holiday after the lockdown. It is a lovely resort with beautiful gardens. I wish the pool temperature was a bit higher. Everyone thought the water was too cold. We find that's a problem with all timeshare resorts. A car is a must as the resort is in a remote area.

  PEACEFUL AND RELAXING

  The Resort is in a quiet location and the gardens have many rose bushes to smell and enjoy. we enjoyed a trip to creswick to the woollen mills and to clunes where we wandered the main street of this historic town.The Staff were Kind, helpful and friendly and the room was perfect.

  Charming

  We stayed at this resort for 4 nights in December. The old building is quite charming and we enjoyed the tasteful, high ceilinged apartment. The living room contained a kitchen and a combined lounge/dining room and while compact was fine for 2 people. I was concerned that the unit was not airconditioned as the weather was forecast to be quite warm, but the ground floor unit, with ceiling fans, was very cool. We didnt get to explore the beautiful gardens or use other facilities due to our heavy social schedule but we will return another time.

  great regional holiday location

  Beautiful unit in a resort with an extensive garden and wonderful old buildings. Lots of historical sites to visit - try a day trip to Maldon and walk the historic Main St, wonderful streetscape, historic beehive chimney and the best home made ice cream from the little ice cream shop. Day trip to Kyneton and enjoy lunch at one of the Piper St Restaurants and check out the wool shop - compare with the woolen mills shop at Creswick. Check out Bellanova in Hepburn for lunch - great spot to sit in the garden and enjoy a modern Australian classic lunch menu.
