  Massive Huge Luxury Hotel

  The hotel is located in a great area midway to every direction, but unfortunatelly the majourity of staff do not speak english and needs courtesy while serving the guest .... breakfast is not good, due to less varaiety and no accessories and language problem

  Vacation waisted

  The hotel is new , well furnished but definitely has an issue with staff training specially reception . I am a regular travel and nearly use hotels once a month worldwide. I reserved one suite and 2 rooms for all the family to enjoy one week of vacation but as we arrived the hotel was very quiet and far away from activity and had no beach arrangements . Also they gave an issue it seems with air conditioning it does not seem to give a good cooling and they put off the corridor AC and Gym. For these reasons we thought it better to leave 2 days earlier. So on our fifth day we checked out (reservation is REFUNDABLE ). But reception refused to return any balance with the reason being our Booking is through Booking.com. So they must authorise it. Booking.com simply explained that this is up to the hotel and not them. And neither of them stated this on their terms and conditions so be carful. The hotel management did not consider that we flew 5 hours and drove 2 hours to reach their location. Finally said it is their policy not to refund any of you check in . Simply what is the difference the refundable and non ! Hope they will get better in that sense as I never experienced this sort of treatment before

  An oasis of luxury in Rize

  Quite simply, this hotel is outstanding - and not at all what you'd expect to find a few kilometres outside of town (but easily accessible by dolmus minibus). The whole scale of the place is GRAND - from the expansive rooms with expansive views to the wonderful dining area and entrance hall The leisure facilities are also first class: a piping hot steam room, as well as sauna and, of course, a Turkish hammam and large indoor pool. Breakfast was outstanding, and wifi was quick and reliable. Our only concern for our late September visit (when it was still quite warm outside, well into the high 20s) is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't very powerful, and for some hours of the day wasn't on at all, making the room feel stuffy at times. We did alert the front desk, who did their best to assist, but this aspect of keeping the rooms at a comfortable temperature of 22-23 is something the hotel needs to pay attention to. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the standard of English was excellent. Overall, a superb place and excellent value for money if booking ahead.

  Excellent but I wish there were a few more guests

  This is a big new hotel on the outskirts of Rize, on the Black Sea. Magnificent views over the sea. The most excellent breakfasts. Very good rooms. Magnificent entrance. Many quick lifts. Great service. Good security. A gigantic restaurant with hundreds of seats, but only a handful of guests. And on a weekend when Rize was playing at home in the nearby stadium ( 0-0 draw I think).

  Chain Hotels Not Same All Around

  Pros -Large rooms -New built -Seaview (some rooms) Cons: -Too large, not easy to heat, very cold halls -Even the hotel is empty they dont give sea view rooms even written on the internet -No internet connection properly working -Too noisy room heaters -Dirty clothes technical staff -Too thin walls, unwanted (!) sounds from rooms around
