  Dirty and dated

  Staff was nice and this is why I gave it more than 1 star plus I didnt pay a lot. Its one thing to be dated but another to be dirty. On site breakfast barely acceptable . Pool area not bad but kids said pool had garbage in it

  Staff are AWESOME!

  My husband and I, along with a business associate and his 6 year old daughter, stayed here while conducting business. We were very pleased with the amenities, especially the pool and hot tub, as it kept the youngster entertained. All of the staff members were very helpful and kind while we were there. They all made it a point to talk to our youngest traveler and listen to her stories. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean as well as the rest of the hotel, and we enjoyed our visit very much. The hotel itself is in dire need of an update but when we return to Gillette for a visit, we will be staying here!

  renewal of wedding vows

  Be aware that WY does not require masks to be worn and they do not wear them at this property. Even though they provide breakfast; do not eat the waffles as they have no taste at all. Suggest toast a bagel for yourself or go to Perkins a few blocks away. Really cold when we were there (13 degrees day and -2 at night) heat not working correctly so management gave us space heater and extra comforter.

  Disgusting hotel

  The staff at this hotel was great. The actual facility was the most disgusting place Ive ever stayed. Old, run down, freezing cold and loud. This place should be condemned until some remodeling has been done.

  Do not stay here. Do not believe the reviews. This place needs serious renovations and should be closed until then.

  This place is beyond repair. Do not stay here. We were fooled by the padded online reviews and pictures of the pool and breakfast. Those photos have to have serious filters and are most definitely padded. This place is in need of serious repairs. Rooms didn't heat or cool, mold in the fridge, water didn't work in the room, nasty carpet and rusty and falling in ceilings. Seriously. Save yourself the disappointment.
