  Clean and roomy

  Came here on a business trip. The price was reasonable and it's easily accessible from the highway. COVID rules make things a little more inconvenient, but acceptable. You are a ways from the downtown area. The bar was open but I didn't use it. The pool and workout rooms was open but the hot-tub not. They gave me a to-go breakfast in the morning. I would return here.

  Outdated. Way below Holiday Inn standards.

  The Holiday Inn Sheridan is a late 1970s or early 1980s Holiday Inn that is outdated and way below the modern standards of Holiday Inn. The entire hotel needs to be gutted and rebuilt. 1) Public space carpet is worn and threadbare in some places. 2) Lobby is dark and dated. 3) Furniture in both public spaces and guest rooms are scratched and showing age. 4) Guest room looks like it hasn't been updated in 7-8 years. TVs are 9-10 years old. Stains on ceiling that looked like water damage painted over. 5) No USB outlets by bed. 6) Bathtub looks 20+ years old. The hot water is very hot which is nice. Some hotels can never get hot water. The bathroom looks like something from a Motel 6. 7) No refrigerator or even complimentary bottle of water in guest room. 8) Guest room doors have been painted and re-painted too many times. 9) Heating and air conditioning is controlled by a window unit, not a central thermostat. 10) Hallways have light shades that are damaged. 11) Hallways and other spaces have 1970s/1980s drop ceilings. 12) The lobby looks like an old Holidome. You have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. I saw people barefoot and in wet bathing suits parading through lobby. Same for the gym. You have to go through the whole lobby. Worst design ever. 13) The bar is hidden away by the convention hall wing of the hotel. It was completely empty while every bar and restaurant in downtown Sheridan was busy. I would not stay here again. There are better hotels in Sheridan.

  Really Nice!

  This hotel/conference center was part of our WYOMING MONTANA motorcycle tour. I am not usually a Holiday Inn fan, but this facility is really nice. The staff has been so considerate, even allowing early check in so we could do laundry. The lobby area is lovely and would make a great place for a business conference.

  Bugs, Bugs, Bad Management....oh and bugs.

  Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE. Checked in late after driving approximately 15 hours. Got a rollaway (where I slept). Got up this morning to bugs (more than a few) all over the rollaway and some on the regular beds. Called front desk and they had housekeeping come and look who just said sorry. Talked to front desk and was offered a 10% discount. Are you kidding me? Front desk made me call the GM ( he wouldnt) she was unhelpful and just argued with me about who the housekeeping manager was. Then talked to the front desk manager who said well you knew there were bugs there and you stayed anyway uh no... I said... wait, you knew there are bugs here and let me stay anyway?. He said bugs are everywhere ....what the heck.. so rude and condescending. Totally grossed out...

  Vacation

  Traveling across the country to several national parks driving during a freak early snow storm and not knowing how bad or if it would snow more we stopped. The staff was very helpful. I agree with some of the other reviews this hotel is a little behind holiday inn standards but not still to bad . I'd possible stay here again
