Regret booking hereI booked this room because of the location. It is a stones throw from the hospital that my sister had to go to early the next morning for a procedure. When I checked in the young man did the necessary booking steps and gave me my card/key. No information about WiFi, breakfast, pool hours or anything. I thought there would be a guide in the room. Nothing. We entered the room and found the curtains would not close. They didnt match. The plastic pull rod to one was lying on a shelf. The thing that the wiring goes into the wall was pulled out of the wall. There was a fake fingernail on the floor. I should have asked for another room but this area of the hotel was far from the front desk. Wallpaper and paint were peeling. This was a shame because it would have taken so little time and money to make our room acceptable. And to find that fingernail, well the room was obviously not being cleaned properly. I wouldnt stay there again.

How do I put ZERO starsWhere to begin? I found this place through Priceline Express Deals so this is probably partly their fault as well. We got to the lobby and it looked decent. Little did I know, once they sent us off around the building with our key, we would be stepping into what could've very well been my impending doom. The elevator looks like a step back in time to the Tower of Terror movie. The screeching noise will keep replaying in your head throughout the night as people continue to get on and off their floors. As we entered the room, we received a "Congratulations, welcome to your luxury stay" e-mail when really it should have read, "Good luck, hope you make it through the night. The bathroom ceiling was warped and ready to cave in at any time, there were exposed wires behind the TV, the alarm clock didn't work, there were used tissues waiting for you like a bad scavenger hunt under the bed that were found when the covers were lifted. There were remnants of a good (or bad) time left on the headboard in the form of hand prints. A lovely was left for us on the balcony in an old clear Dixie cup with used tobacco spit and cigarettes. Don't worry though, you had a nice view of the green swamp that I'm sure at one point used to be a functioning pool when you looked out of the balcony. In case you were worried that the sheets wouldn't be warm enough, have no fear because the left over hair embedded in the sheets is sure to keep your temperature up through the night. I would be remiss if I didn't warn of the contact high you might get from whomever is smoking weed in the rooms around you. Just don't take a drug test within 2 weeks after your stay and you should be ok. I no longer fear Covid because I am confident that whatever was I'm that room was far worse. Thanks for the worst hotel stay and possibly a few new diseases pending their arrival

UnacceptableDont be fooled by the ads online. My family was looking for a nice clean place to crash and wanted a hotel that was close to route 95. Most where 2 star motels and then this popped up. Pics looked ok, and we have stayed in a Ramada before that was nice. We where driving and had no time to check reviews. This place is a mess. You can not get to your room from check in, its a separate building. Not a huge deal for us, except there where ppl in the parking lot at one am sitting in two cars for at least two hrs, playing loud bass music blasting till past 1:30am. Might make some ppl uncomfortable. The room was unacceptable. There where belongings in the room left over from the last guests, peanuts and trash on the floors, the sheets had crumbs and hair in them, there is mold coming down the door, mold on the baseboards, and the furniture looks to be beaten up and gross. I could go on and on. This room was not cleaned between guests and we are in the middle of a pandemic, and Its totally unacceptable! We had to cover the beds up and sleep on top of the covers... not happy!

Close this placeI think this hotel was horrible. Stay somewhere else, there are too many issues to retype here. Broken furniture, stains on the wall and the floor. Missing items, noisy rooms and not worth the cost, for what you get.
