"Blur in the name of service!"If you go to stay in a hotel, then you want your stay to be very comfortable. But after Ramada Neemrana it all seems a lie. It has very poor staff. There is no test in the food, and in the restaurant has to call the waiter repeatedly. They do not know how to take care of the guest. They are busy only in their talk. They have no meaning with the guest. They feel that the restaurant belongs to their home.

Highly Recommended in ServiceIt was my 10th Anniversary and was important to stay in good hotel with 2 kids along with us. The rooms are comfortable and effective air-conditioning. We tried their Indian restaurant on the Ground Floor and the food was very tasty and well presented, server Mohan was a gem in customer service and made our evening with Chef special food for ourselves and kids. The complimentary Buffet breakfast had a good selection, and the service was attentive by Restaurant Manager Devender and our server Mohan. There is also a small boutique shop in the lobby.

Great experienceI stayed here for the weekend. The hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. The rooms were clean and sanitized. The food was great! It was a very comfortable stay. I had a great experience overall.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY DIRECTLYHello Team Ramada Neemrana, This is with regard to a booking for my Mother's milestone birthday celebration. I checked out Ramada Neemrana (on Instagram) for a 2 night get-away for a family outing. I was planning for my mother's 70th birthday and finding good properties around the NCR region. Since, it was an extremely important event for me & my family, I wanted a good brand and this little getaway was a gift from me to my entire family for her celebration. (for 6 rooms and 2 nights - 12 room nights). I called the numbers mentioned on Instagram. Mr. Ashwani Sharma answered the call and said he would share options. In the initial call itself, I had discomfort in speaking with him, cause of the way he spoke to me. I messaged him the details and he mailed us. He did communicate the rates verbally as well and later went back on his word. Then my husband requested him for the rates again after a week on call and asked him to send a fresh email. He never responded! Today, after 10 days when I called him and asked about the email, he pretended he didn't hear me. When I checked again about my booking status and email to be sent, he told me "YOU DON'T KNOW WHO AM I!!DO YOU EVEN KNOW MY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS HOTEL AND WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO". Well, I certainly do now, Mr. Sharma. You're not fit to be in the service industry if you don't have the basic courtesy to respond politely on the phone and throw your weight around! If you really want loyal customers and travel agents to come and visit your hotel, please first know how to talk to clients and customers. I had an extremely horrendous experience with him and would not let anyone go through the same. I'm personally never recommending Ramada Neemrana to anyone in the future as I don't want them to go through this ordeal. P.S. Thanks to Ms. Shveta Upadhyay for calling and checking in after posting the details on Instagram. Hope to deal with you directly in future, Will not be going ahead with Ramada Neemrana this time due to my very unpleasant experience. Thanks,Khushboo

Poor serviceService Staff were not recruited as per the star hotel policy. I am a long staying guests and I have seen all the way of guys working.
