  Not worthy of RAMADA name

  Not worthy to be called Ramada . Do not stay here if you have imagination of Ramada ( UK , USA quality etc ) . Very purely maintained very very old fashioned . Only positive is its close to the mens section

  Pilgrimmage to Madeenah

  Hi, The hotel is well situated. My room was very big. There was a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room together with a sofa and small table. The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge on the ground floor was nice and is used for waiting or relaxing. There is a fast food outside which is open nearly 24/7 and many small shops that are open till late. Located opposite to Gate 5 of Masjid Nabawi. 1-2 minutes walks only. Just cross the road and you are in. Breakfast is ok even though they can do much better. Not too many choice regarding food in the surrounding. Have to walk 10-15minutes to get more choices. Wifi wasnt working for few days in the hotel and is available only in the lounge. Overall a good experience. The staffs are very helpful.

  Mysterious Behaviour of people working there

  The only reason to stay here is location, facing the mosque in Madinah. Otherwise staff is unfriendly,not professional, they hide most of the time, difficult to find them around.Internet is not available in rooms and many weird behaviour going on there.

  Worst hotel in Madinah

  In room there is no guest amenities like, dental kits, Vanity kit, hand towels, shower cap, body lotion, when I called to reception for these things they didn't understand because they speak only Arabic language. Housekeeping staff is pathetic, I asked to clean my room and change all bed sheets they comes and take only garbage from bin and recycled old bed sheets. Even they did not changed used bath towels. Sleeping Beds was extremely uncomfortable, only 1 pillow on beds even I asked extra pillow they send only 1. On thursday I asked for iron and iron stand reception staff was not able to understand what I'm asking, after 3 hours they send a Bangali housekeeping staff for exactly what I'm asking, when he comes he said sir our iron is out of order please go to out side for 2kilometers for ironing we cant help u in this regard (waooooooo Amazing) what an amazing answer. Need to be improved hotel facilities and need staff training properly specially for English language because they are doing business in international state from around the globe people comes from different languages and English is a very common language. They should know atleast. My overall experience was really bad.

  This hotel need for maintenance

  i took a room when i reached to the hotel but it was uncleanliness and some foods on the carpet of the room, i contact the reception and they gave me another one, it was the same need to clean but it was better than the first one, the bathroom of both rooms was very poor and need for maintenance, only the location on this hotel is perfect
