    very basic

Rooms were quite standard, enough space to move around. Room was very dusty and in need of some upgrading. Bathrooms were spacious but the configuration of it was a bit clumsy. The hotel lobby and building itself looked very traditional and created a nice atmosphere. On numerous occasions our key cards didn't work and we had to get them reprogrammed. The breakfast buffet was not of international standard, it consisted of boiled eggs, French fries, chicken nuggets (sometimes), sausages (sometimes), foul (traditional arabic red bean dish) and then basic salads (cucumber, tomato, cheese, olives) and breads (pita and bread). The pictures posted by the hotel are deceiving. There were no fruits or pastries. The location is good, a few minutes walk from the haram.

Tip to book the hotel in Medina

There is no way for you to book a 5-star hotel in Medinah on the reception because all rooms occupied by the Agents and they make a profit on top of the orignal price. so highly recommended booking through Trip Advisor.

    Dirty rooms

I stayed 4 days in that hotel, it was for Omrah, The location is good the distance to Haram acceptable, But the rooms are dirty, The is no daily cleaning service, and you should ask for it multiple times, Rooms equipment are not correctly maintained, electrical outlet are broken, water leaks in bathroom... I didn't tried the restaurant but from what I saw the buffet is very limited. I don't recommend this hotel.

    Umrah - A terrible experience

Reception:Dirty, only One agent present, several elevator out of service Rooms:Dirty, noisy bed, bad frige, broken lamps Bethroom:no hot water, bad smell, No maintenance service, bad smell every were, no daily cleanup, you have to fight for that. During my stay, it lost one star (3 STARS now) and I was present. He lost his qualification for Umrah and Hadj too. Pass your way
