  Quite the gem!

  I have to say I was pleasantly surprised on how much I liked the Ramada Lethbridge. Despite needing some updates in terms of decor and layout, overall this is a great hotel. The staff were professional and very accommodating; especially Sheila who upgraded me to a top floor room with pretty cool views over the city. The Ramada is cozy with its interior brick walls; not for everyone sure, but it felt cozy and warm. Although the bedroom floors could be improved, the bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Additional touches such as coffee maker, complimentary bottle of water, microwave and satellite TV were well received. The added bonus was the almost floor to ceiling window, which isn't common to find in older hotels. They feature a small fitness center - could do with a water filter dispenser but still good. There's also a sauna, which I liked, although a very odd set up as its inside a room that features a shower and toilet, and its supposed to be co-ed? Small business center and a complimentary breakfast from 6am to 10am. Free parking and Wi-Fi too. Excellent restaurants within walking distance, such as Pizza Hut and The Keg nearby and the hotels location is spot on for exploring Lethbridge. It has a certain charm and I liked it. Would definitely return.

  Excellent Service

  Very Helpful when our crew stayed there. They made sure our crews reservation was honored even though there was a typo in the paperwork. The staff were amazing & I would recommend staying here as they go above & beyond

  Great view

  We stayed here for two nights. We requested a higher floor and we were not disappointed with the view. In the room there was brick on the wall which I thought was a bit different. The room was clean. Cory at the front desk was a big help with any questions or requests. Breakfast was nice and I liked the setup of the breakfast room. They had a big selection including a waffle maker. We tried the weight room. Its small with limited equipment which is outdated. The stepper barely worked and the bike kept shutting off. I also noticed the machines had alot of dust under neath them. We would stay again if we were in town.

  Stuck in Lethbridge

  Hotel room per se was fine but bland liguid egg crap and greasy sausage everyday [I was stuck there for 3 nights due to storm] Place is dated. Poor fitness room [treadmill & weights only] Only powered creamer for morning coffee

  Expected more

  We found our room outdated and the carpets looked sketchy. The sheets are thin and the bed is not made well. when travelling in the heat in the summer we like to shower before bed and in the morning, but only 3 towels, tried to have a cool shower and all of a sudden got a blast of hot water, not nice, bathroom needs to be totally renovated. The air conditioning was a joke. Have stayed in another super 8 by Wyndham and it was a really nice room, 4 towels and facecloths, a fridge that kept things cold and the air conditioning worked and a great hot breakfast that was delivered to our room, Wyndham needs to look into this one.
